Dear team,
We have opted for 6 tickets 5 adults and 1 child and opted for booking for pune to varanasi in after noon direct flight from pune to varanasi as below where fair right now seen is Rs 5996/- per head..and return ticket of[protected] which is of indigo from varanasi to pune.
Now i got a call and was told that 6 tickets are not getting confirmed and that i will have to pay extra on the said tickets but when...

Continued Lack of Response and Unresolved Issue/Strong Escalation - Unprofessional Conduct and Misinformation -Re: SastaSafar Book
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had while trying to reschedule my flight with your company. The level of service provided by Mr. Abhay Khullar, the agent I interacted with, was highly unprofessional and lacked basic manners in customer communication.
Not only did I face immense difficulty in getting my tickets rescheduled, but Mr. Khullar's attitude and behavior towards customers were unacceptable. I strongly urge you to provide him with proper training on customer service etiquette and professionalism to avoid similar incidents in the future.
Furthermore, I had to escalate the matter to Mr. Tinku, Mr. Khullar's senior, who initially reassured me of a solution. However, it was only after persistent follow-ups and insistence that I received the payment link for rescheduling my flight to the 14th of May. Mr. Tinku assured me over the phone that this rescheduled flight would have the same allowance of 25kg baggage as my original booking.
To my dismay, upon checking the portal, I discovered that the allowance now shows as 15kg luggage instead of the promised 25kg. This misinformation is not only deceptive but also amounts to cheating consumers. I am deeply disappointed by this deceptive practice and demand an immediate resolution to rectify this discrepancy.
Please note that I am prepared to escalate this matter further and will not hesitate to raise my concerns with consumer protection authorities and share my experience on social media platforms if necessary. Such low standards of service are unacceptable, especially in the travel industry where customer trust and satisfaction are paramount.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated.

Sastasafar is cheater company don't book tickets from this site they will deduct the amount and will not provide tickets and then for ask for more money as difference amount to book your ticket it's a scam

This is not sastasafar. This is scam suffer. We tried calling customer support and mailed about our issue, but this agency is fake and scammers. The manager of this sasta suffer Gaurav Yadav is scammer and dumb. He does not have answer and not guilty for his mistake. We book flight of air India to travel from Goa to New Delhi by 2nd march air bus Air India Al884 and the ticket price was 26386 and after we confirmed our bookings with payment. The guy from this sasta suffer called us and told us need to make changes and request us to change of the flights due to the problems of timings as he said. And he book to the flight of vistara air worth of 20 000 Inr and my question is simple, we customer book flight as per our comfort and he is doing all these stuff and scam of 6 000 Inr in these two tickets . And where that 6000 Inr goes as we paid 26 386 Inr and he send tickets of 20000 Inr. Poor consultant in customer service. I request to all passengers with proof do not book tickets from this sasta suffer.

Please note the following as I am a passenger having booked an economy ticket on the sector CCU-BLR-CCU Travel dates 13 Dec return on 17th December 2022.
My ticket was confirmed and and I have received two PNRs NHKVTK for travel on Spice Jet and R51F4V
My Outward journey was fine and I didnt have any problems with the ticket or the airline, on my return journey I faced a harorwing experience both by the airline...
