I have a booked a ticket from guwahati to kolkata through sastiticket.com.

Unfortunately the flight was cancelled by the airline (Jet airways) itself. My flight was scheduled on 11 february 2019 and the flight number was jet airways, 9w-676. Booking reference number: prl07eoo6mv

Since the flight was cancelled by the airline, i am eligible for full refund of the ticket. I have also confirmed this with the airline office.
I sent an email to sastiticket guys and also called them for hours. However, i did not hear back from them and didn't get my refund back.

I have started to think this website is fraud. If i don't get my refund money back, i won't hesitate to take a legal action.

Hey the site is completley fraud. Dont ever try to book any of service from sastitcket now can anyone tell me how to resolve from the site. Thier number is not active. Does anyone have thier number

I had booked two tickets using this website sastiticket.com.
I wanted to cancel the tickets due to some personal issues, website does not have much information and when called customer service no one is answering properly to my question so tried cancelling the ticket from their website itself. There customer care service is utter disaster and total fraud.

While booking on the site it was written refundable but at the time of cancellation when i asked for refundable amount they are just returning 1% of total amount though it is more than 3 days left from travel date. This one is total fraud. I have never experienced this issue from any other sites. My booking status is now cancelled and am yet to receive refund amount.

Tried booking a ticket from visakhapatnam to hyderabad for 3 passengers on 4th of march through sastiticket. Payment of inr 10736/- got deducted from my bank but ticket was not booked.

It's been 2.7 months!! 82 days to be precise! The team confirmed that the refund would be made within 7-10 business days!! The toll free number is of no use.

Sasti ticket : fraud

I venkateswar rao on urgent basis booked a ticket from delhi to mnl (Philippines) today on 23rd april, 2018. My travel date is on 24th april 3: 30am. Sasti ticket deducted 35, 200 rs from my icici debit card and messaged me that the ticket is not confirmed from the airlines.

I have to travel with my group of 15 members from thai airways. I don't have the cash also in the debit card and not able to deposit the money in the evening at bank too.

I called them and explained my situation, they should adjust some other ticket or they should refund the money to me, so that i can book my ticket from others, instead of that they told to wait for 7 working days.

This "sastiticket" website is so cheap as it name.

Once they picked my call, i had told them about cancellation the phone got disconnected and since then my call was never ever picked up again.

On top of it when i requested them to cancel the ticket the phone was disconnected.

I missed my flight due to one of your customer care member. I called him 2 days before to confirm baggage limit and that he insured me the flight time 7:35 pm, sat 03- february. No sms no email send to me regarding my flight neither you nor ai. I enquired next day ai flight from rajkot to delhi but it was ful. Because of this i faced lot of inconvenience and due to that i travelled by road upto ahmedabad and booked my ticket in indigo flight 6e 158 at 6.10 4th feb. I need refund otherwise i am going to complain about your service in customer service.

I did the spice jet flight booking from mumbai to visakhapatnam. I paid the money and got the seat booked also. But now on the day of my journey my pnr is still in pending status. I was not allowed by airlines to board and i tried to call customer care of sastiticket.com. They did not lift the call anytime. I was really unhappy with their service and i want them to feel the pain by repaying money triple times.
