I booked a car for my parents. I got a email about drivers information. I called him and told him that my parents are senior citizen so you need to be at airport at 8.15 to pick them. He told me he his their. Then I called him again asked they are coming outside you need to be at international arrival. He told me yes mam, then my mom called him he told me I will be there in 15 mints. He was 30 mints late. My time was 8.15 and taaz reached there 9.20. Not also thus taaz hag up my phone. My parents were exosted. They had 28 hourse flight.

I had booked a cab from Savaari wed site to the airport using their website on 26th Jun for a drop on 27th Jun. The website mandated me to pay the entire amount of Rs.900/- for the travel.
After payment the process was completed and I got a booking reference no. as well as an acceptance SMS confirming the booking. The SMS also read I would get the driver and related details before 2 hours of the booking time.
On 27th Jun, I waited for the SMS to come but nothing happened till 15mins prior to the booking time. I received a call from some one claiming to be from Savaari and said they tried hard but failed to arrange a call. I argued with them in vain and asked him about the payment.
He said it will be done in 24 hours. Keeping their tradition intact there is no word about it till now. I have called their call center consistently each day to follow-up for my money. Each time I only hear it will take 5 days. I am not sure how many more 5days it would take to get my refund. Tired of the follow ups I decided to share my displeasure will all through this feedback.
I am certain that Savaari is not worried about all this and they dont want to give any cab service but are cheating people by taking prebooked cash and not returning it to them. I am planning to write to the police department about this cab service will all proofs anyhow, if at all it helps

Refused to provide a car even after confirmed booking.

I had booked a cab through savaari car rentals for May 12, 2015, 9.30 am (one full day). I received a confirmation mail for my booking on May 11, 2015 and I was told that I would receive driver details 2 hours prior to the trip. On May 12, 2015 i was waiting for driver details, but didn't receive any. At 8.30 am i got a call from Savaari cars, saying that we have to cancel your booking. When i asked how can you cancel the booking on such a short notice (less than 1 hour prior to the trip time), the person said we have a car breakdown. He was just insensitive in the entire conversation while I kept asking for alternate service. He lastly offered to try to provide car after 12 noon (he was not sure whether I was available). As i kept asking what are we supposed to do now, he just hanged the phone.
I had then called the customer care service for Savaari car rentals, but to no use, received the same response, " We can't help, we are sorry!!!". I even asked to register a complaint regarding the same, the answer was our complaint handing team has not yet arrived at office!!!. The customer care executive gave me contact details for the complaint team (After requesting thrice). When I called on the number I got to know that the number was for some airport.
This entire procedure costed me 2 hours of time and the result... No Help.

Cheated by Savari Car Rental Billed change from Rs 8637/- to 12,956/-- Worst Cab Experience in my Life !

As i have been cheated and pathetic services, Driver told me on Friday evening that only 2 days will be charged if you reach Patna by 28th morning, then i leave my home at early 4am with family to save extra one day charge, he asked me don't call Savari on this matter else you would have to pay for 3 days. My complete family being harassed they Woke up in mid night to prepare for travels and finally we cheated by Savari Team. Initial Bill package given was just 8637/- Rs but after completion of journey they Invoice Bill of Rs 12, 956/- which was fraud by Savari Car Rental Team.
Even their local cab vendor came to my home for collections of claimed amout.
Non-Compliance Evident:
i.Using Private Number BR26B -4507 (AC Innova ) in commercial Use.
ii. Driver Per day charge of Rs 240/- not written anywhere.
iii. Per Day charge not written in terms conditions policyiv. The Complimentary -News paper & Mineral water neither given Start & Return journey even not being informed.
v. AC being switched-off by Driver by his own will during journey and after repeated request then he on & then off again which kept my family journey very uncomfortable.
vi. Driver Food paid by me not adjusted in final bill of 3 days.
vii. Service Tax & Driver charge not mentioned in Invoiced Bill
viii. Bill Copy is not signed and Authenticated by Savari or their vendor.
ix. Complaints not registered by Savari After repeated requests.

There are so many non-compliance done by Savari related to customer services, Private Vehicle BR26B -4507 ( AC Innova ) being Used, Billings, Payments transactions, Charging Policy not explain & written in Terms & conditions anywhere had worst experience and been completely harassed by Savari Rental and Teams in this journey, never recommend anyone i know friends / relatives / office colleagues in future.I will also explore options to file complaints against my Savari through Consumer court or Janhit Yachika so that no other customer trap by Savari in future.

I had booked a cab from Chandigarh airport to Tirthan valley in Himachal pradesh. I had been told that the distance between them is 140 kms and it will take us around 3 to 3.5 hours to reach our destination. So i will be charged 2750 upto 250 kms and after that 9 rs/km. Also, i was told that in this scenario you will be charged for two way journey as driver font get return passenger - hence 140*2 = 280 kms.
So as per that, it should be maximum 2750 + (30*9) = 3020 Rs.
Now the sad journey begins :
1) First the driver they sent was not aware about the destination location at all, he was told it was a local drop within the city.
2) When we told the driver about the destination, he was like its 298kms from here, not 140 - he had to call his vendor which is third party and not savaavri.
3) So, than multiple calls to savaari and the drivers vendor, after which we realized that it will take at least 8 hours to reach the destination. bloody hell !
4) Than we were told that since we will be charged for twice the distance as they don't get anything in return, so ultimately i had to pay for 298*2 = 580 kms charge which went around 7500 Rs fee .
So savaari payment of 2750 + additional driver payment of around 5000.
Worst experience ever.
Another word of caution, dont just calculate any distance by typing in google - distance between X and Y.
Use navigation app in your cell phone, that only will give you accurate distance.

Unsafe and Unprofessional travel Experience with savaari.com
I wish to raise this complaint against savaari.com for my full refund of Pre-paid amount from their online portal for journey from Kora- Bhilwara- Udaipur- Kota, due to unsatisfied, Unsafe and incomplete services provided by them.
Starting with journey in travel of just 100KMs car met with a deadly road accident with cow, due to which car's radiator and bonnet got busted. After this when we restarted with journey, AC stopped working and we had to travel in completely uncomforting way, Well this wasn’t the end after a few kms from accident site driver took a wrong way which lead to unnecessary increase in Kms travelled.
Somehow with all those troubles we reached our first destination Bhilwara and wished to speak to call center for getting some solution of all, they neither responded well nor they gave a solution.
With all these troubles that we had during this horrible journey we got an email from Savaari.com without any empathy or concern about the passengers saying that we will be charged with the no. of Kms travelled and will be refunded with only the remaining amount and we ended the trip as the car is not in condition to travel more.

I am appalled!...I was stranded at the airport from 11.45pm till 1 am trying to contact Savvari and their so called drivers!
and yet they are sending these mails as if everything is business as usual.
Savaari has cheated a customer and behaved irresponsibly.
Now you are trying cover it up.
I had to pay Rs 600/ apart from the 299 I paid Savaari...I have lost money and precious money and my sleep.
look at the calls made...as you claim...

We had one of the most disappointing experiences.I have also telephoned and given a compliant but with no response.Even though this was a little expensive than other options I had, I went ahead and booked Savaari as I wanted a memorable experience with family, but it turned out to be one of the most worst experiences.
