Dear Customer, for your Savaari booking #5263620 our driver BHAGWAN KALE ([protected]), Dzire, MH-14-HG-6531 will pick you @ 06:00, 07 Aug. For further assistance call Savaari [protected]. Have a great trip.He had taken 12500 rs in advance (10000 on gpay and 2500 as a diesel bill on petrolpump) which was expected fare. But my final fare happened to be rs 9288 and so i asked remaining amount which is rs 3212. He used his atm card on couple of atm centers and said its not working and he talked with customer care of savaari. Then he replied that he ll return on next day and if not, savaari will pay you. I contacted savaari customer care and the person said "if not driver, we ll pay you the remaining amount".
Its more than 3 weeks, neither the driver nor the customer care is responding.

A booking to Mysore airport was cancelled at the last minute causing great hardship. The booking number is S[protected].
I had even paid some advance on which there is no word whatsoever.

We made booking from Srinagar to Pahalgam for a sedan, the company charged High amount, they forced us to pay in advance later started cheating, they send i10 in place of sedan and also arguing saying i10 is a sedan, they think customers are fool.

We had very pathetic experience with savaari services from bangalore to coorg. Driver misbehaved and abused us continuously in local language through out the trip and misguided us about every location timings. This driver misguided local office by providing wrong timings &extra kms and generated Wrong bill from his end and no help was given to me despite calling the customer support call center. Driver purposefully delayed on the first day as he went missing for 20 mins at a stop we stopped for tea break on first day of the trip. Due to this we reached our hotel at 10.15am for which extra driver allowance was charged.
Toyota etios was promised and accordinngly I was charged but swift desire was given. Ac was notworking, no wifi&music and cab was not clean at all. Driver was very rude and unprofessional, discourteous. he was only concern about covering the kms . He was driving too rash &becoz of his reckless driving
We had a narrow escape near Mandya while returning back to Bangalore. Major accident was averted as another car collided with other because of his fault.
You guys are concerned with making money and no effort is taken for customer convenience and good experience for customers. We were charged abruptly. Will not book through savaari again and won't recommend it to anyone. If action is not been taken against this event and the driver and if extra money charged to us is not refunded we will file a complaint in consumer court and also post this terrific incident on all the social networking sites. People should also know what you do to your customers that too after charging premium.

I have booked cab for today to my tour to madurai and rameshwaram. While booking the company said they will provide driver that knows everything about the place you are going. When the driver came today he did not anything about the route. We called the company, and the operator was so rude. He said you have to manage now. Nothing can be done. Really pathetic service.

Dear people of india, i booked a honda city car in savaari.Co people on last 22nd november 2015, they sent me an old toyota etios car... They only gave a apology call, but they got the money of honda city... Later yestrday i asked them to book a cab in kochi...At that time, they promised me that they will give an extra hour as compensation, but they messaged me the same duration... When asked ther are arogant and asking me whether they sent a mail so vocal promises wont work out... Such an un etical brutal taxi service it is... Please dont refer this savaari to anyone...
