having a problem on registering paye

hi sir,

My Name is K.Kiran.my problem is,when i am trying to register my bank payee ,the payee get register but payee not showing in list in when i was i trying to trasfer amount and i got the conformation message through sms but it does't show in sbi application( it is in gprs mode).can you please tell me how can i get the payee back to my popup menu...........please help me....

Money debited from Bank Account But Top Up not done

Sir,I sent a request for top up of 250/- for my Relaince mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=[protected].But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 7th Nov-2010,
I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do...

i have done topup of mobile no [protected] for RS 65/- on 08/08/2010 through mobile banking service of state bank of india, my a/c [protected] has been debited but topup of above mobile has not been done., but message of successful recharge came on mobile no [protected].other detils as under
