Dear Sir/ Madam
I Arijit Roy regular customer of Senco Golds & Diamonds shop. Last day ( dated on 13/08/2023) I visit Sodhpur Branch Kolkata 700110 outlet and also purchase 3 items ( 33gm approx) dated on 13th August 2023, which is adjusted from my advance booking by alter my some old gold amount around Rs 1, 11, 000, (Approx 20.0gm) in gold value of 5740/ .
But yesterday when I received the syatem genrated bill I saw that the accountant of sodhpur branch Kolkata 700110 consider the gold value of previous date i.e. 5740/aganist all items, althrough the gold value on last day was 5680/ . When I inform to Brach Manager, he does not important about this matter.
So I request you for your kind cooperation about this matter.
I also attach all documents againist my statement.

They asked us to visit their place twice and in both times they tried to give us a ring of incorrect size. We are constantly following up with them but that is not of much use.
