Product has been booked online for home delivery. Once the order is paid and complete payment is done. Product is never delivered and no reply from the merchant.

Please take some action against Send Online Cake website. Ordered cupcakes online, it was supposed to be delivered on 27th. When I approached, i was told they wl deliver by 28th Jan and that also did not happen. Payment was done and they are not ready to refund as well...

I placed an order via WhatsApp on the website of Saint online cake. I also made the payment for the items and shared it with the company. However, it has been over one month. I haven't received any item or any refund.

I ordered liquor chocolate of worth 600. No response n order also not received. They are looting money from customers. Please take sm action towards them. Block this website and help people. And request everyone one read reviews before doing online payments.

I placed an order worth 3, 000 of liquor chocolates on March 2nd and I still haven't received it. I wonder if these ppl are scam artists!
I called them so many times, msgd on whatsApp and they responded saying it will be delivered by today, by today and I'm still waiting.
After that they stopped replying to my calls or msgs.
I honestly didn't want to pay online because when I order from such websites, I prefer COD, but this person gave some reason and asked me to pay it online and I did.

I love liquor chocolates and I searched so many places and I'm so unhappy that I went through something like this as a customer.

They should never own a business if they treat customers like this!

Please I need my money back. Please help me out here.

Online chocolates were ordered and I received an order confirmation mail. But nothing is delivered nor the person is responding to messages cal or mails. Payment was done via phone pe.

As order on 1 Oct .. of ₹699 choclate was tk deliver on 5 but still no news from then not picking the call and no reply even the mail is wrong

I ordered for Chocolates from Send Online Cake on Sep 23, 2021, and made a payment of 699 Rs via GPAY, ID[protected]. It has been 13 days now but still the chocolates have not been sent. It was to be delivered in 3 days. There is no response to calls as well.

I ordered a 20 piece chocolate set for Rs.999. The payment was done via googlepay. But they haven't delivered it nor have they responded to any calls or texts. Before paying they used to give immediate replies. Now I see them online on whatsapp. But still they never respond. Fake site. Frauds

My order for Invoice # 0902217 was cancelled due to late delivery and wrong item delivery, i was promised refund within 3-4 days and its still not done and its been 15 days. Before placing the order i would get quick replies, but after the wrong order was delivered the stopped replying

After reading lot of reviews from online I got to know this site is a fake site. I have ordered for liquor filled chocolates for Rs. 3000. I haven't received order number too. I have messaged the owner asking for the order number. He didn't even reply to my message

My order no. 817353 which has already been paid on 28/12 & expected delivery was on 30/12/2020 has not yet been delivered. The complaints too are not being attended nor is their phone answered. No update at all. Looks like a fake site.

Fully paid Order was placed with fixed slot delivery date and time option, site charged Additionally 199 for that. However post placing the order when I tracked for delivery delay, customer representative told that it cannot be delivered on the time and date shared.when I requested for cancellation and refund, it was denied. But neither delivery happened nor I got refund for my order.
Please do not rely on their services, very poor customer service and no resolution from .[protected]@sendonlinecake.com ...

I had ordered chocolates from this site on nov 4th 2020 still order not delivered. No proper communication nor msg updates for tracking the order. After reported calls they gave me details of my order id.. and told me to track it online.. but it's of no use as order status shows Product dispatched and nothing else.

They are fraud. This site should banned.

I had purchased some chocolates online on 1st December 2020 from www.sendonlinecake.com and had requested a delivery on 9th December 2020.

I received an order confirmation e-mail without any order number reference. I also, did not get the delivery on 9th Dec. I tried calling them, writing to them, messaging them but there is no response.

They did chat with me before I made the purchase but they are not responding any more. I checked my transaction was successful.

Looks like it is a fake website and they are into fraud business -cheating innocent people.

Send cake online is a fraud company

This company took my order and payment of Rs 2399 for 50 chocolates on 30 August 2020 online. They promised to deliver during the first week of September.

But as of today - 13/September/2020 there has been no delivery of chocolates or refund of money. They have stopped responding to my calls and messages.

I have repeated requests them for order number and tracking Id of my ordered which am sadden to say hasn’t been communicated.

This online company/ business should be black listed So that other donor fall pray to it.
