The ciber crime department should take legal action against sendonlinecake and remove the web site. The department 's inaction is encouraging sendonlinecake to continue with their fraud unhindered...

I have ordered chocolate worth 600 rs..was supposed to be same day delivery but nothing.. now no one answeres mobile or landline. It's a scam...

I ordered for Chocolates from Send Online Cake on Sep 5, 2022, and made a payment of 1998.00 Rs via GPAY, ID[protected]. It has been 7 days now but still the chocolates have not been sent. It was to be delivered in 3 days. There is no response to calls as well....

I tried to contact their what's up and customer care. No response...

I have ordered the flower bouquet & chocolate from sendonlinecake but it has not delivered yet. I tried contacting them multiple times over calls, website chats, watsapp, emails but no reply. I asked them if they are not able to deliver then refund my money, but didn't get any response. Attaching the order details and payment receipt.
Please file a complaint against them. As I have read the Google review about this website...

Ordered liquor chocolates on october 18th 2021, still not delivered. No support from the care team. Tried reaching on phone, WhatsApp, email and chat on the website . No response on the complaint. As soon as I explain the issue, they stop responding...

Please do not order from this site ...as my order has been showing dispatched since last 20 days but neither has the product been delivered nor have received any response to my various follow up mails. They donot even respond on chat/pick up the calls now...whereas while placing the order they were very prompt. Totally unprofessional & fraudulent company....
