I had worst experience with Shakti first I bought 10 kg aatta and it was the worst experience Ashirvaad is far far far better than Shakti bhag please improve the quality of wheat

I have purchased a 10 kg Shakti bhog atta packet 2 days back. And this is the second time I'm realising that chapatis is tasting some awkward taste. I think there is soil mixed into atta before the packaging of that packet.
This is really pathetic from the leading brand like Shakti bhog. Since I'm using this brand from my childhood I would like to request you to company's reps to look into it also, kindly let me know what you guys can do for me in this regard.

I had purchased a 10kg Shakti bhog atta bag which we found insecticides and not fit for consumption from Ravi chandra general store Sewak park Dwarka mor, New Delhi, no action on mail taken by company so far. Cell phone given in bag is not being attended to.

With due respect i wish to bring to your kind attention that since two months, i have bought 10kgs of Shakti Bhog atta in the month of September and now one day back in October respectively . the thing is that when the atta is being seived through a seive two many insects (GHUN) or tiny worms is coming in the separation and cleaning process.
its one of the best and esteemed companies in the groceries .
its the second time I am facing the problem and one thing more none of the sacks were damaged or their sealed were harmed . they were physically fit in condition.
its a kind request to please see, I am sending some pics do have a look .
i request you to please refund the amount of rupees 350 for this month and I am sending the same report to FCI also.

So please be quick and firm in your actions .

Insects were found inside the 10 kg packet

We had purchased 10kg atta pack and found atta n dust mixed solid particles in the pack. Please inform how to return back the pack. Photo of particles found in the pack is attached herewith

I had purchased the packet of 10 kg and shifted to my container. But when i used, it was having dust/mud in it. Its every bite consists of mud and is impossible to eat. As of trust, i threw the packet of atta as i didn't expect such defected materiall. Now its lying at my place, don't know how to return back or where to throw 10 kg atta

Dear shakti bhog co. This is a loyal customer who want to complain a unusual bone type thing found inside aata packet... Which i am going to publish and advertise where ever i can... Even after disposing packet... If you are interested to check i will be waiting as of today only... You can collect the sample and investigate the wrong thing going while production of the same... First of all we purchased shakti bhog atta from bachat bazar and after opening it we founded some worms in it that's why we are complaining about this bad product

Today I have purchased 5 kg Shaktibhog Atta and when I opened it really it is not smell like a good atta even you can not eat it. It has bad smell by the way I going to purchase another brand but still I am keeping it for further action.

It is very bad experience

7 days ago I bought your 10 kg atta packet but I opened it yesterday only. And what I see was shocking as lots of insect were inside the packet. I went to the shop from where I have bought your atta but the shopkeeper didn't replaced it and said that the company only will replace it. I called the distributor also and he said the same. So kindly resolve my problem by replacing this packet with a new one.

Sir, i am jaya, a resident of jaipur. I had bought your brand's 10 kg wheat flour from the shop keeper. The flour has very bad smell as such it is made up of wet wheats. Also only after few minutes of making chappatis, they become hard. I request you to kindly take strict action as it is regarding our health also, otherwise i will go further. Thank you.

Sir this is sandeep singh from delhi, region najafgarh..i brought shakti bhog aata pack of 10kg on 5th april 2016 from shop keeper..when we opened the pack we all are shocked to see a small piece of mirror particle found and i have a proff..thin that if we mistaken ata this partocle what will happen..so i request to take strict action or i will go further..thank

Shaktibhog Wheat, my family has been using this wheat since five
years and we have got no problem at all in the past 6 years but few days ago
when we are eating your wheat it tastes very bitter, the chapatti gets
dried up quicker and the wheat is also giving a foul smell and seriously your wheat is unable to eat.
I request you to take some serious action against this.

We are amid consumer of SHAKTI BHOG ATTA. We have purchase the new 10kg packet from Demart store Electronic city branc Bangalore .However, to our shock, when we just opened the new packe, we could find a stale dried dead cockroach in packet. We have never thought with such name, the company will play with customer health. This should be bring to the notice of whole public and company should take immediate action to control this as this type of negligence WILL TURN OUT TO BE very f.FATAL.

Now current status is I got a call from this no ([protected]) before two days, and a lady claiming herself GM was shouting all through the talk, as if she is doing some favour by resolving this issue. Is this the way you take care solutions. and am i only expected to follow you people to get this solved. And also where is that person Sridhar ([protected]) who took sample of aata before 10 days and told me, I will update you on that. Why shakti bhog has all people good for nothing.

I have purchased a 10 kg packet of shakti Bhog Atta from a retail store near my home.When we make chapatis from this atta there are dust particles in atta, the quality is substandard. The company should control the quality of its material. I required feedback form Shakti Bhog.

I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh at village Lamaan Pind G.T Road Jalandhar, Punjab.On 3 July, 2009 I purchased 20 kg of Shakti Bhog Atta from above noted RF vide invoice No.c1017 #0101 dt. 3 July 2009.On opening of the bags at home we were surprised to see some pieces of baked loaf in the atta.It seems the atta was not made of wheat but it was made of already baked chapatis.Some time back there was a news item in major dailies that some flour mills are selling atta made of already baked chapaties which they collected from the Gurudwaras or major Temples, out of their leftout stocks.

The taste of the atta is also not good .

I have these pieces of loaves with me and I am planning to show it to the media people but before that I shall wait for your response to my complaint
