After consulting doctor due to severe stomach pain, with a proper prescription i have visited to sharma medicals located in mint street, sowcarpet, chennai -600001, besides hdfc bank.

I would like to inform you that today i went to take sharma medicals opposite to apollo hospital sowcarpet for getting medicine name: prigalinsr75 & zerodol cr both 5 tablets but the owner refused to give the 5 tablets for both medicines. He is asking to take minimum 10 tablets each.& also arguing with me. So i request to take necessary action against medical shop & cancel pharmist number.
