          I withdrew my money from shein wallet on 22 may 2020, it showed that they will transfer money to my google pay account in 2-7 days, the money amount was INR 536. It is 10 days now, not a single penny is transferred.

            I placed my order on 12th may 2020 and it has been 15 days now still i don't received my order, even in tracking page it doesn't updated after 18th may 2020. My tacking number is [protected].
            Even i try to get a customer support from shein but their customer service is very poor. I try to assign my complaint by live chat in this they can't even reply my message and after some time it automatically shows that my problem is solved. My live chat ticket id is 35327890.
            Then i try to solve my problem through call and i called on shein customer care number 100 times from 22nd may 2020 it always show our manual service are busy.
            Then i registered my complaint on 23rd may 2020 at resolver, my case id is res8802878. And it has been 4 days now i didn't receive any update from there.
            I am soo much frustrated with this now, what can i do now my order is already pain.

              I purchased a dress which got delivered to me one day before the lockdown.

              The very day i got the dress, i checked it wasn't fitting well, so i requested for pick up.

              Since, services have resumed now. I've been chatting with their customer care people on "chat" which they disconnect randomly and now they say it can't be returned.

              How is that even ethical. When the day the dress came i asked for return.

                  I have purchased something online from shein using my debit card then cancel it so they generate a refund in my account. And they have send me screenshot of transaction details it was successful from their side. They told me that please contact your direct bank customer care and mention this refund transaction number : [protected] so the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment. I tried so hard to reach with customer care provided number and also go to bank but they make me wait for a whole hour and dont even see the details and send me home by saying that i should contact customer care.                         I ordered three products on 16th January 2020 and the delivery partner xpressbee delivered it without calling me or informing me at the location to someone else. I came to delhi on 1st feb and got to know about the product and tried it but had size issues with two products. Earlier the return date was 30 days but then they changed it to 15 days. I tried raising return request on 3rd feb (15th days)but couldn't do it as the system didnt allow me. I had word with the executive and told them about the delivery person mistake and the issue with product and asked them to raise return request as 3rd was 15th day but they refused to do so. And told me they wont refund me my money as time has exceeded. Even if the time exceeded it was not my fault but their delivery partner fault. I got to know about it when I came to delhi ie. 1st feb. Kindly help me get refund from this fraudulent company. There two representative told me two different thing. One told me I can return it till 3rd feb and second told me till 4th feb but they changed their statement later on. I'm attaching the chat screenshot and order detail.

                          I placed my first order (Xxy86977) on shien at 2nd november 2019. It included two items one of which was lace & mesh yoke collared top in color black. I returned the order in november itself due to size issue. I kept on tracking the refund till 26th january 2020. On 26th jan 2020 i was informed that i would not be given any refund because i have returned a non shien item and they sent a picture of a male pajama. I further enquired that the logistics person who accepted the top from me inspected the top and accepted the return only after checking the item then how can it change on the way. They replied that nothing can be done and no refund would be processed.

                              I ordered a dress from shein which cost 1100 rupees, i didn't like it so i returned the dress to shein. The company refunded only 800 rupees, when i called the shein customer care to refund my 300 rupees back, they asked me for my bank details, which i provided, the next minute, a huge amount of 49, 000 rupees was deducted from my back account. The customer care isn't responding to my complaint and isn't helping me track the person who robbed me of my money. I want my money back!

                                I have ordered 6 items from shein on 14 december. It showed that the parcel will be delivered within 14 business days. They divided the parcel into two packages, one package had only 1 item and another package had 5 items. One package that contain only 1 item has been delivered to me within 4 days and i was happy. But the another package that contain 5 items has not been delivered yet. When i checked on app, it keeps showing that my parcel is stuck in delhi hub. Its been 20 days. Now i want my parcel within a week or i want refund.

                                I have ordered a top on 29th dec '19 today is 6th jan '20 But it has still not arrived app says it is stuck in Delhi transit. Same problem occurred when my bro ordered but i still gave shein one last chance bcoz I really loved that top. N now I'm regretting. My mom even scolded me for ordering from that app. NEVER EVER USE SHEIN!!!

                                      I placed my order on 17th nov and as per the shipping policy the product is delivered with 14 working days. I checked shein app and got to know that my product is stuck at delhi shipment hub. When i called the shipping agency they told me that my package is send back to shein because i told them verbally to do it (Which isn't true). Now i don't know where my package is and i cant even claim refund as the product is not delivered. My money is stuck.

                                        Amount of rs 743 got debited but order got cancelled from shein saying they haven't received the payment.
                                        Payment was made through google pay. Axis bank confirmed that amount has successfully reached shein but shein is denying.
                                        Shein also cancelled the order, amount got debited from my account. Customer is at loss now. How do i get my refund back? Whom to contact. Already contacted bank and shein.

                                            Order no. Azb85065 i haven't received one out of 2 packages of my prepaid order that i made on oct 21, 2019. Tracking status showing it to be stuck in delhi from last 4 days and customer service is so misleading saying that it is moving as per schedule. Poor service shein, huge contrast among tracking status and your customer care update. Kindly update me with the current and real status.

                                              Actualy iam having issues regarding my prepaid parcel. I was suppose to get my on 10th oct but it didnt deliver yet. They updated that it seems the customer was out of station whereas i was here in agartala and on that day i didnt even received any call from none of the courier man.                                                 I gave shein my bank account details for transferring the refund amount to my account and instead transferring any money to my account instead it deducted 30000 rs from my account. Since than my trying to reach every customer care of shein... No one is giving me any response. They are not taking me seriously. Its complete fake app. If you are true than give my money back.

                                                  All the other parcel from shein have been received on same address, other than this.

                                                  Contacted shein multiple times, but no response regarding the refund.

                                                  I wana raise complaint against such companies.

                                                            I had ordered 7items from shein on 6th july and my order number is hak67838. The site is showing the shipped status from 7th july and is not updating my order information any further. It has been over 15days now and i haven't received any information related my order. I have been waiting for this order as it is an online paid order so don't wanna loose my money over it.
