My order no [protected] i ordered 5 items and made the payment by credit card its been over a month and i still havent recieved my goods. Tried contacting there complaint number and customer number but still no response. Very dissappointing....

I have placed order from shein on 11th may 2020. Order id gshmyu00f0007x2. There has no update about the order and payment has already been done. I tried calling the company but no response. There has been no update in the tracking details and its been now more than a month....

My parcel no. Is[protected]. It has been 15 days i have not received my parcel. I failed to gift my friend on her birthday. Very dissapointed with such services. 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐plz delivery my parcel as soon as possible....

I withdrew my money from shein wallet on 22 may 2020, it showed that they will transfer money to my google pay account in 2-7 days, the money amount was INR 536. It is 10 days now, not a single penny is transferred....

Even i try to get a customer support from shein but their customer service is very poor. I try to assign my complaint by live chat in this they can't even reply my message and after some time it automatically shows that my problem is solved....

I purchased a dress which got delivered to me one day before the lockdown.

The very day i got the dress, i checked it wasn't fitting well, so i requested for pick up.

Its been ages guys pathetic services i was loyal to shein website all i get pathetic services no respose called twice but my refund is not innitiated even though i have not recieved my product as well it was not delivered...

I ordered a dress from shein which cost 1100 rupees, i didn't like it so i returned the dress to shein. I placed my order on 17th nov and as per the shipping policy the product is delivered with 14 working days. I checked shein app and got to know that my product is stuck at delhi shipment hub. When i called the shipping agency they told me that my package is send back to shein because i told them verbally to do it (Which isn't true). Now i don't know where my package is and i cant even claim refund as the product is not delivered. My money...

Amount of rs 743 got debited but order got cancelled from shein saying they haven't received the payment.
Payment was made through google pay. Axis bank confirmed that amount has successfully reached shein but shein is denying.

Actualy iam having issues regarding my prepaid parcel. I was suppose to get my on 10th oct but it didnt deliver yet. They updated that it seems the customer was out of station whereas i was here in agartala and on that day i didnt even received any call from none of the courier man. I gave shein my bank account details for transferring the refund amount to my account and instead transferring any money to my account instead it deducted 30000 rs from my account. Since than my trying to reach every customer care of shein... No one is giving me any response. They are not taking me seriously. Its complete fake app. If you are true than give my money back....

I have placed order on shein on 07/08/2019, the order was out for delivery on 23/08/2019. The tracking status shows, wrong address. I haven't received any calls from delivery person regarding address issue.

All the other parcel from shein have been received on same address, other than this.

I ordered 2 pairs of women joggers from shein.in on 8/8/19 and has not been delivered till date. Its been 14 days and the product has not been delivered and the support staff is not supporting in any matter. Order no:-ykx73722. This is not the first time i've experienced such poor delivery service from shein, such a renowned brand. I would like the order to be delivered before this weekend or else i'd be taking serious action....

I order clothes from shein app . They canceled my order and I done full payment throgh debit card on 19/06/2019. and now shein app is saying that refund has been send to your bank account. so contact customer care service and file charge dispute they had gave me a transaction ID no.[protected].
