My order was taking a lot of time while processing so i did made a call to cutomer service and the representative was so rude to me he behaved very mannerless with me and did hung on the phone 4 time and was so rigid and rude to me. Didn’t solve my problem too. If you do not want your business to be among those companies which lost their customers and reputation due to poor customer service then your goal must be to use every service problem as an opportunity to impress the customer.

Its a scam they share rs2100 stating its 2100 off on 10, 500 shopping and i shopped for 11000, i get a message after a week that my order is cancelled and asking for repurchase, i think it was intentional so that i get frustrated and would want to buy all that stuff again and now i have to buy without discount as i lost that coupon in last order. I dont need refund. I need my order at same prices i paid earlier. Order id - hkl65445

I ordered 4 dresses from shein almost a week or more back, two days before i received a message saying my order has been shipped and just now i again received a message that my order has been cancelled. Below is the exact message that i received :

This is a scam site. Don’t order. My order number is LYA62828. Terrible customer service. Your packages don’t ever get delivered. I haven’t received my package in 25 days now. Upon calling customer care I was told parcel has been shipped out with tracking ID.[protected]. Upon adding this ID in delhivery courier service website I found out the parcel was never shipped. No responses from customer service calls or texts or live chats DONT order from this site.

My order number KXA63051 was placed on 7th June 2019 today is 15 June 2019 first you guys gave me an email stating order is shipped and is in Delhi now when I today checked order was in China only and not shipped. M.. What pathetic kind of service is this can you please explain I want my order by 17th June 2019 otherwise I will have to complain about you guys at higher authorities... First you lure the customer and don't fullfills your promises... You don't update about the order and nothing at horrible and pathetic

I ordered two trousers from this Site called SHEIN. But it wasn't fitting me properly. So I initiated for the return the next day. I ordered it on 10th May and received by 16th May. I gave the request for return but no action has been taken. I paid 2540. I have been talking to their executives for like 5-6 times but nobody is taking this seriously. They have no Customer Care Number in their site. They have just Live Chat Service and give me call service. I've chatted with 3 of the SHEIN executives and spoke on a call twice. They aren't taking the serious action to refund my amount. Kindly help me in this situation.

I have ordered some products on 5th may from the site "shein". They deliver their order through ecomexpress. It's been 10 days, i have not received my order yet. Moreover, so many problems i faced in these days.
1. Very poor customer service. They are not at all communicative.
2. Didn't get any mail or message regarding shipping and delivery
3. I have constantly mailed them, but they made fake promises that it will reach in a short while.
4. To check delivery status, through the logistics website, suddenly i saw that on 9th may it was out for delivery but didn't reach to me for god knows what reason. They've not even mailed me.
5. I have mailed shein, no reply. Then called the logistics. They said the delivery boy named rahul singh didn't come to me. Reason is still unknown.
6. Since 13th may, i am repeatedly calling to logistics, and they are expert at making fake promise that product will reach, out for delivery. Even the senior manager of ecom express also lied about it, as he said, they are not liable for it. So who the hell is taking the responsibility for delivering the order?
7. I still have no clue where my product is and whether it is possible to get it or not.

So, my question is who is responsible for it? Who is giving the permission to these kind of brand to business in india and make people fool? It is nothing but harrasment of customers. And this kind of irregular, unattainable behaviour make people detached from another loyal brand to shop.

This is a serious complaint that i never ordered any product on 17/04/2019 from shein. However thet somehow tracked my account and made the orders broken into three transactions amounting rs 13398, 2361, 5233.
I have not done the above transactions as on 17/04/2019 from my bank account bearing account number [protected].
Kindly look into the matter and block the above transactions as well i want a refund of the above transactions.
Please i am not from a well to do family, i want the money used by the company as fraud back.

I haven't​ got my money refunded worth amount: $48.24 --- INR 3473 of an item which is already returned 55 days ago. The money was supposed to get refunded within 7 days of working hours still I am chasing with your stupid customer service.. But unfortunately it did not and I have lost my hope that's why finally tagging the founder so that they will get to know how some stupid people running your business . Today it's the 56th day and there's no sign of any notification no back call which is for I am requesting again and again and they are just closing the COMPLAINTS. This is basically a harrassment to the customers who are buying the products and not getting the amount back.. The products which i received are of veryyyyyy cheap and bad quality. The 3 products are utterly bad quality and they are of tooo small size and it looks like 2 years old baby clothes. The products color is not as shown in picture and description. The quality is worstt!!! The product cloth is toooo transparent that if you wear it can get torn in a minute. Why ard you people making fool of customers??? I need resolution for this... Orelse i'll definitely sue your company in consumer court!!!
It's veryyyy disheartening, that i received such kind of products!!! I don't want these kind of products which are not even used for cleaning the mess.. Take back the product and refund me with complete money!!!

My order was to be received by yesterday and not even today I got my parcel I’m even paying for express shipping but the order is still late I have my birthday tomorrow it is from shein that I order and it doesn’t even have a customer care number how does that even work when should I contact now I kindly request that please get my order immediately that’s it

I ordered a zipper front glitter design backpack a week ago and today i received my order but it is really disappointing to see that the bag i orderd is defective, glitters sticked on the bag is coming out from many placed... Its not sticked properly.

Price of the bag:913+extra shipping charges
I want that this problem should be resolved as soon as possible maybe by replacing this bag with a new one.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible, expecting an action to be taken by shein

I have been trying to return a peice of clothing for the last 15 days. I have submitted various tickets and call requests and i have been approached by none. I have to return the product after they cancelled my pick up. They sent the wrong size and now they are not even helping me with the return process. They don't respond to my emails. The delhivery cancelled my request and did not even pick up my package.

Expectation:- Arrange a pick up of products immediately and issue a Full Refund is needed to our Bank account for Rs.1641.

The said website www.shein.in has no responsibility to look into this tiny issue, they have given delhivery logistic number which is not answerable since a very long time.

Hyx13675 this order was cancelled by me and as a refund is want my inr2730. I m contacting them and they are saying that they have send the amount to paypal but paypal is saying that they have not received any amount.
Shein is saying that there transaction id to paypal is 2ll26569nl777503b

Kindly help me

It had been last 3 months i m trying to coordinate but they both are saying two contradictory things.
