I have ordered [#[protected] ] office 2019 pro, but i received 2016 home version . i ahve already paid the amount

i got email from the seller that download the software and install with the key mentined in the email, after download and install and activating with the key mentioned in the email found that product is office 2016 home.

This is a grey channel item and this is against your ethic and policy and rulesbr...

Sir my watch phone has not able to insert sim card please replace other product. I request to you at humble an sincerly please accept my request under your kind consideration. I have ordered amway nutrlite milk thestle from shopeclues.com befor 10 day before
V company is unable to dispatch the order after almost 15 day gone
Now if i calling to customers care than they are saying that your mony will be return after 45 days
My complaint is that if company was unable to full fill the order so why they are not refunding the mony to the customer on same days if customer already...

We have order a product name magic mop which is defected, so please try to replace it, it is our humble request or we can take any strict action so please replace this product as fast as possible......

I order a gym product of rs 10000 on shopeclues.com on date: 20 August 2015 order id :65952591 and till now I have not get this product . I called up many time in there customers service centre but every time they told me to wait for 48 hrs to get response from there side but no body called back me from there side till now and now I am fedup with there fake statements.they are not cancelling my order also not even giving back my money.it...

Dear sir, This is S.Karthikeyan from pondicherry, i ordered mtv perfume in shopeclues.com. Order number was : 63621637. They sent the item through aramex courier. But received only damaged goods, 85% perfume was leacked. Both the courier and shopeclues.com refused to solve this issue....
