I have purchased prestige floor mop of Rs.166 inclusive of all charges on 5th October 2021. It was on stock clearance sale. The payment was made online and got the confirmation mail from chartrand but after that I didn't receive any acknowledge message from shopingtime.in, neither the order number as well. I don't have any track of my order. There is no pont of contact as well with the shopingtime.in...
