I have ordered a dress from shopkin on 21 St March 2019. I have used netbanking g to pay for the same. I got to know about shopkin through Facebook advertisement. While I placed the order, one person called and confirmed the order and said it will be delivered in 8 to 10 days. I did not receive the order and called on the same number. Now the number is switched off and it is almost 1 month that I have not received. I want to complain about...

I ordered a kurti on 26 march pre paid order...and they said it will be delivered in 10-12 working days. But when i mailed them they replied they are sorry for the delay and I will receive my order by 9th april. On 9th when i didn't receive my order i tried calling on their customer care number which was out of service, mailed them but got no response. and on 15th when i tried to open their website i.e. shopkin.in it went missing. Even the website has vanished along with my money. Please kindly look into this fraud company matter and help in getting our money back. I thought since the payment option was through razorpay gateway it would be safe, but its a matter of shame that can't trust anyone these days.

I have ordered few dress from shopkin website on 31st march 2019 http://www.shopkin.in/ for the amount Rs 1183.

After few day on 7th april when I called them in the below mentioned number (which was mentioned on their website) to know the status of my delivery they told me it will get delivered to me on 9th April 2019

Now it is almost 16 day passed and I even don't know anything about my order they are not picking up my call, Please help me so that I can get my money back. I have write so many mails in shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com but not yet received and response from the seller.

I have placed my order from Shopkin.in site on 12th April, when i tried to find my order status I found that this site isn't working.No proper contact details are given to reach customer care for help.There was no message or order Id given to me after placing the order.Now I dont have any way to reach out to these people and I dont have any way to get my amount refund back

This is a fake company. Even i have ordered a gown of rs 420/- from https://shopkin.in/ on 30th-mar-2019 and got a call wherein the person said it would be delivered in 14th april but still i have not received the product. These people are https://shopkin.in. when trying to call the customer care number, the number is not reachable or call forwarded. I want my money back.
Be aware of such fake sites and fake people.

I got a call from the company, they said it will be delivered by 12th April 2019. After that there is no update and their numbers are also not working. I have come across complaints about similar websites which all have the same office address in vadodara: office no: 23 to 29, seven seas, gorwa road, opp, alembic rd, vadodara, gujarat 390023.

They scam people by having clothes for really cheap that tempt people into buying, and then take online payment and deactivate the phone and email. The customer service number is no longer reachable.

I have also placed order on Shopkin.in website and thereafter never heard anything back from them. Also tried to call them on there customer care but the numbers are not working even there mail them but never heard anything from them.

Government should take strict action on such fake seller. Common people like me are earning money by working hard all day and such fake people are taking our money by cheating us.
Consumer forum please take my complaint seriously and act asap and arrange for my money.

I ordered two gowns from this website on april 5 and it says it will be delivered in 12 days. But i am trying to reach them to know where my product is but no information available.

I want my refund of 1005 rs. Please help or suggest.

Isn't there any kind of authentication for such fake websites. Such a fake website it is.

I had ordered the product on 22nd March, 2019 but I've not received. I once called in the number which had called me regarding confirmation of order after payment. It said that my product is already dispatched but without any updates via Messages. Till now I have not received my order. I message numerous times, called in same number but now it's not getting connected. Fraudulence everywhere!

This is a big time fraud and fake company! I had ordered two products for 1k which nevr got delivered. Even they hv created different pages and multiple websites with different names.. Please be aware guys! And do not fall for this.. All the nos and their address is fake.. The amt which got transacted from belongs to bangalore.. Whereas the addres dey hv given is gujarat.. Horrible people! Shame on you.. Looting the hard earned money of honest people! Should be taught a lesson for sure!

I had placed an order from shopkin.in on 24 march, 2019. The amount of 867/- was deducted from my account and i also received a payment confirmation from them. But i still haven't received the order. After the delivery date crossed, i emailed them to know the order status. They replied that the order would be delivered the next day and that it had been dispatched. From then onwards there has been no response from their side. Both their numbers are out of service. And they won't reply to my email queries too. Please help.

I have placed an order no. 11406 on their website on 24 march 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. My order was still processing. I called up the company, they said it will be delivered soon. (Screenshot & purchase order attached)

I placed an order with shopkin.in online clothing website of rs 2467 on march 27th 2019.

I was said my order will be delivered 12-13 days. I received email stating i will receive my order next tuesday, other mail stating 9th april snd other email stating 12th april and so on.

However, the status is still showing as processing and their contact number provided is not reachable. I want my order delivered or refund my amount.

Had placed the order and did the payment online, received payment acknowledgement from them by sms and also received a confirmation call from them. Even received a mail reply from them for my query on 8-april, but till today the product is not delivered. They are not responding on mail, no revert for the query on their website, all the 3 mobile numbers are not working ([protected], [protected], [protected]) company address is given as office no: 23 to 29, seven seas, gorwa road, opp, alembic rd, vadodara, gujarat 390023. I think the fraud is running in crores of rupees as many people are cheated. Hope there is investigation (Getting the details from the above 3 mobile numbers) done on this and the culprits are punished.

I ordered a dress for 399 inr last month and it's still being packed. I'm unable to contact or get a refund from them. It's been 2 weeks and they are still packing a dress. Whenever i try to call or contact them i'm unable to reach them. The clothes are cheap and it tempts you ro buy one. People are being fooled by this temptation

I ordered things worth 3k from this site online, no tracking has been provided, neither are they replying to my mail, their number is invalid, can't get in touch. They just called and confirmed the order, after that i can't relocate the things i ordered. They provided me with order no. #15961, there are numerous complaints regarding this company hitching people with their low price range

I ordered a product on shopkin few days back they charged me money as well for this still i am not receiving any kind of feedback on their side kindly requesting you to look after the same. I have heard people complaining about this a lot on this site i would like indian consumer forum to resolve this issue and help me and other consumers get their payment back help me with the same
