Dear sir,
Good morning... Sir, yesterday i have purchased dell laptop worth rs 31, 500/- for this i have used my credit card to purchase the product but the merchant collected the pos charges for making the payment through credit card which is around 2.1% due to this i supposed to pay rs 661.5/- extra with this my total came to 32, 161.5. But the merchant given the invoice bill for rs 31, 500/-.
The merchant is straightly saying...

i can also talk dell technical support and also update my system bios but problem was not solve, he told two cells are dead in my battery
but still i have warranty up to 29/110/20114.so please replace my battery...
