I had ordered some sweets and karam on June 27th. I opened the karam packet on 28th June and found foul smell and immediately reported the same to the shop and he informed that I had something to do with the package and they will compensate in my next order. I feel it is not package issue but the ghee used to prepare the food.

The Mahalakshmi sweet shop on Bannur road, Mysuru, rounds up the bill for customers, even though I am paying with UPI payment. For example my bill was Rs 530.64, but the cashier insisted I have to pay Rs. 531. I explained that I am using google pay and I can pay exactly 530.64, but he refused and rudely said that O have to pay 531. As a customer I have the right to pay exactly for the price of products and services provided, but this shop is breaking the law and consistently unfairly charging its customers.

With respect to the subject cited above, i had placed order of holige from shree Mahalakshmi sweets, basaveshwara nagar Bengaluru on account o[censored]gadi. It is observed that food was delivered with low hygiene and without considering food safety standards. The food had developed fungus and which would cause serious food hazards.

Therefore, request you to take strict action against Shree Mahalakshmi sweets, basaveshwara nagar Bengaluru and even zomato which is encouraging such poor standards delivery.
