I ordered for realme air 5 pro in Myntra
But I received a different product in the realme box
As per scenes it was done intentionally

Till date I have not received the product and I was surprised when I received the order updates "my order delivered" your delivery partner called me and I was not available in that day (Sunday, 05.11.2023) due to office holiday.
I have not shared any OTP nor have seen the product. I have all call recordings, conversation had with your delivery partner. Request you call your delivery partner and also send your delivery partner's contact number to me so that i can contact with him (the culprit). I need the product immediately or refund my prepaid amount or current value of the product, whichever is higher; otherwise I have to take further necessary action against this cheating with me and wastage of my valuable time.
I am sending this mail for record purpose and I will also lodge a complaint in
the consumer forum against your company that how they have cheated with us.

I was very surprised when I received the message "my order delivered" your
E-KART wish master ([protected]) neither called me OR deliver my groceries.

My groceries order till now not been delivered but the message received
"delivered" how is possible. PIN number not mandatory to confirm delivery.

I am sending this mail for record purpose and I will lodge a complaint in
the consumer forum against your company. how they have cheated us.

I bought 3 pcs of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 2.27 through flipkart and seller is SuperCom Net owned and billed by Shreyash Retail Private Limited.
I have previously also ordered same products on various occasions that were genuine but on sale they sent me all 3 fake products with no proper importer tags, lot no., expiry dates.
I have attached photos as well of the same. Flipkart is saying as there are sold on sale, no...

Myntra send me a wrong product with same brand. I raised a complain but there is no solution provided yet. I have invested 3999/- rs but not getting the product which i ordered.

I purchased Boat Airdopes 381 (Colour Bold Blue) Which are in Warrenty. Now I am facing with terrible battery issues with it.
I m getting 3-4 minutes battery backup for eardope.

I have ordered the product with expiry date of sep 2023 but I received product of expiry date sep 2022. Later I request them for return and they denied my request by saying that the product was intact. This was unjustified. I also have the required e receipt and also the product with its packaging with all the details like it's MRP, MANUFACTURING DATE, EXPIRY DATE etc.

I ordered muscletech whey protein from supercomnet, the pack delivered had the original hologram tampered with and I am pretty sure that the expiration date has been changed.
The box I received was an open box with original flipkart tape cut and over it normal cellotape had been applied.

I purchased mobile phone worth Rs 11999 for that 18% GST amount is Rs.2160 but invoice I received was printed as Rs.1830.

I ordered indulekha hair oil from flipkart but the seller send me stones instead of oil inside the product box
They are bunch of crooks
This seller is completely unprofessional and a fraud indeed

Package found open and warranty card, buds and power cable not found in package

But i got copy of that product.

I ordered lakme make-up products from Shreyash retail private company through flipkart on February 2020.After that the lockdown happened, so it was not used, i opened it again to do it a couple of days ago, so I found that that creams turn to liquid without any consistency.After using the products, my face started itching, rashes with redness.All those products are artificial.After that I searched about company and found out that it has not happened to me only but happened to many people.Taking products, i complained in flipkart but i didn't get any exchange.I request you to see this matter, it is not only cheat or fraud, but physical appearance also has to be spoiled on the brand name.

I purchased a boat 225f bass heads from flipcart before few months.
After few months the one side of the earpiece was not working and i raised a complaint on their website including the invoice (Complaint ticket number 1198361). The product has 1yr of warranty. They mailed me to pack up my headset in 3 or 4 days but it have been 20 days over i don't have any reply from them.

I tried to contact them via the number that is reflecting on their website, but the number not exists. So tried the care email id. So far i didn't get any replays from them.
