On 27 april 2020 i ordered 2 item hand sanitizer the product of himalaya. And the dilivery date was 3 may 2020. But on 2 may i got a notification that my order was placed today. But that day i was not received any item. But it was showing delivered... That day i call customer care they took request.. And said your issue will resolve within 5 th may 2020. But still not resolved my issue... I called 2 time to customer care.. But that said this not in there hand... Kindly please solve my issue.. This type of service is not acceptable.. I also asked to my neighbours neighbours they said they not took any item from flipkart...

I have ordered for a united colors of Benetton women handbag which I received on 16/12/2019. The product which I saw in your website is entirely different and the video is of original brand. But, The product which I received is completely fake and there is no inner pouch and also no detachable logo pendant. Have initiated for return and I request u to take serious action on this.
