We are bulk consumer having 1000 kva connected load, but the power supply went off from 3.00 am on 30/12/2017 and continued to be without power till the moment of lodging the complaint. Our unit a food processing unit manufacturing paddy products. Continuous supply of power is pre requite of our industrial unit. Once raw materials put into the process of production it should be process out within the stipulated time failing which the quality of the products and some times becomes rotten which leads to hues loss.

We, shri janki foodgrains pvt ltd ca no :[protected], having connected load of 1000 kva an industrial unit under priority sector engaged in food processing having sophisticated imported machinery have been experiencing frequent severe power cuts for at least 3 to 4 hours a day. It sis so frequent that the number becomes 8 to 10 times a day for last five days. Due to which the raw materials put into process deteriorated, quality of products deteriorated, ample productive time lost as idle time, failed to maintain schedule of supply of our products to our valued customers. Due to voltage fluctuation, electrical appliances and equipment became out of order frequently incurring additional cost of their repairs/replacements. Productive hours being lost for setting the machines right after resumption of power supply on each occasion.
