Ordered 4sets of bra and panty worth rs1000 instead received the most cheap and lowest quality possible product of 3 sets only.
Had dropped mail but no response.

I ordered 4 sets and received only 3 that too horrible and incomplete

I came across these bras ads while surfing on youtube. It goes by the name of Silk Plush. It had really attractive photos up there, which worked as a perfect clickbait for any customer. On landing on the website, even that looked pretty decent and believable. So I got lured into buying 6 combo packs of bras and 4 combo packs of sports bras on 11th Jan 2022. But when I received it today i.e 16th Jan 2022, it was a completely different order. I received a total 5 very cheap ugly-looking material bras, whose photo I have attached below. I have also attached a photo of the confirmation mail I received on placing the order. It cost me a total of 2098 rupee fraud.

We really need to stop such kind of fraud as soon as possible. We need to bring their website and all the ad campaigns from youtube. I hope this is helpful and saves others from being a victim to such a fraud. Please feel free to write me back, if I can help you with any further details.

I did not receive the product I ordered and paid for very much frustrated for what I received I immediately want my money to be refunded or else I will be taking legal actions.

I was browsing through youtube and found undergarments Store and I made an order for a set o[censored]ndergarment and I got it today and that product it's completely different as compared to which i ordered also now I am trying to return that but not able to because their website is not working and it is a case of fraud please all I want is to my back and to return this order.

I had ordered products from this. What I received was totally different products. I sent them mail and thy re not replying . There's no option of return or there is no adress where it ame from.

I realised late it was as fraud website I want my money back. I ordered 1000rs bralet set but i recieved very cheap low quality bras that is totally unfair.
Please make sure that how to return this product and get my money back.

I have ordered a product from the website https://silkplush22.myshopify.com/ .This website claims to deliver undergarments/clothing products. When I received the product that i had ordered I was in total disbelief. The product thay i received was completely different and of very cheap quality than what they had promised to deliver. Later when I wanted to place a return I did not find any return/refund policy on their website. After going through the web portal it came to my knowledge that the website is fake and fraudulent. The business area is fake. Each and every business detail is fraudulent. The contact number of seller given on the bill is wrong as well. It clearly leads to one thing that these service providers are carrying on their business in fraudulent manner. Not only one but there numerous complaints filed against it. The service providers are liable under the provision of criminal offences as per the Criminal Procedure Code, 1976. They have even violated the IT Act, 2000. I strongly urge to put this matter into light to avoid any such future frauds and incidences. As a consumer I also request that i get my rightful claim in monetary terms whatever amount I have paid.

Wrong product was delivered and no revert to the mails. Hence, no way to return it or get a refund. Clearly a fraud

I want to cancel the order, I won't take it any cost. This is nonsense there is no contact number or mail or anything from their side .

The items delivered are completely different from what they promised

1) Size is not right
2) The count of product is wrong and
3) Most importantly, it is not the product that is displayed on the site.

I placed an order on silk plush on 16th Dec, and I received the product on Tuesday i.e. 21st, when I opened, it was a cheap quality product with different sizes which I didn't see in complete my life. When I tried to call on their helpline ([protected]) no which I found after a very long search. He tried to confuse me with COD and ask for my card details, first, I can't understand the concept of why he needed my card information and all, after a while, I shouted at him that why were you need all my card details and all, he cut the call and never pick again. I wanted my money back and file a case against those people who fooled busy people and govt should be aware of these sites so that more people cannot stuck in these frauds. It is one of the very shameful incidents in India which is not acceptable.

Today, on 21st December 2021, I recieved a package with no proper return address. Under 'Shipped By (i[censored]ndelivered return to)' there is only one single word 'Silk' printed. This package was sent through Delhivery Surface Courier.
The package consists of only 3 bras and that too being not as shown on the site. These bras are not even part of the set advertised or even the size I ordered them in, rather some cheap bras that also have a bad smell.

The website Silk Plush has no about page, address or contact number mentioned. They provide no way of contacting or complaint in their website.
They do not save ones order history or require registration.

I had Ordered some clothes via this app after seeing an Advertisement in youtube. It showed for sets of clothes for Rs. 999. It was a Cash on Delivery order. I had orderd it on 12th Dec 2021.
