I ordered 4 set of bra n panty from which I got only 3 bra and those were also not what I ordered they were having a very cheap quality it's a fraud website I want my money to be refunded

I purchased a set of 6 bras from this website Silk Plush. The product delivered was not what the website showed. I received cheap and horrible quality products with no return or exchange available. The website says that the product can be returned or exchanged in 15days but the option to do that is not available…
Please stop this fraud website from looting people.

Paid ₹1099 for a set of 6 pack of Bra and panty.
Didn't receive anything even close to the description or the product image.
Not even the qty.
Just received three pcs of cheap quality bras.
Couldn't find the return or refund option in the website.
Then went online to check there were many other cons done by the same company

This company is fraud. I ordered pair of 6 bra and panties but received only 3 third class quality bra. And now I'm not able to contact them too. Please help me with my refund.

Got totally different product nd only 3 pc
Wrong size nd super cheap quality like 50 rs bralette from local shop
No communication at all illiterate staff
Their website has no channel for return refund or contact info
Nd once u somehow connect to someone they will pretend to give u a refund nd ask for either UPI or Paytm id .
Once u give them the UPI Id nd the OTP ur acct will be left with no money later

I have ordered 4 sets of Bra & panties but I got only 1pc which costs around 20-30 rupees in market. Highly disgusting and worst quality.

I have paid them 999 INR which is total waste. Kindly take strict action against them.

###, even I wasted 1000rs, I have ordered 5 pairs and got 3 ### bras, which worth rs 20 in market, we all have done the very big mistake, and I recommend everyone to please check reviews when we order online, this is surely the last time I am ordering online but sometime the GENUINE person face the issue because of this ### people, this is the 3rd time, I faced this issue every time i trust people that I will get the product but not anymore, I am sure they will not even get place in Hell, Bloody Fraud people.
Surely you all fraud people go in Worst then HELL.

Before order placed, there was a return option but now it is not showing, I want my money refunded

My hard earned money gone I am from a middle class family since pandemic its been very hard on top of that such frauds happened its really disappointing

I order 4 piece set on month of October and received on 8 October but what I received is just opposite of what I ordered and such a lower grade quality. Request you take it back and help me to get my money back .

They are advertising on YouTube. I ordered on 9th November and received a fraud and wrong product on 15th November. I am not able to contact or return as no information is available. I am attaching the bill below. They have not mentioned their address anywhere.

Found this website on an advertisement on youtube, but this is a fake webiste trapping people into losing their money.
Placed an order for '2021 Seamless wireless T-shirt Bra Panty Set (Pack of 4 ) × 1', on the 27th of october, 2021. Order #SLP5510. Cash on Delivery of Rs.999.00. It was delivered by Xpressbees(Order:[protected], AWB:[protected]) on 4th Nov, 2021. The only contact information available is the e-mail ID, care.[protected]@gmail.com, I sent a mail, requesting refund, no response from their side.
The product I received is poor in quality, all in the wrong size, received only 3 items (3 bras) instead of 16 items (4 bras and 4 panties). I'd like to request an immediate refund of Rs.999.00.
Many people like me have fallen victim, lost their money to this fake online shopping site. The comment section of various youtube videos show the people's distress, one of the video link being, https://youtu.be/7Tvlvh2snYM.
