I enrolled in a Simplilearn course by paying approximately ₹50, 000 based on the understanding provided during the sales process. Later, I found that my exam voucher had expired. I raised a grievance stating that I had been informed differently during the sales discussion and requested that Simplilearn provide the call recording or other evidence to clarify what was communicated.
