I have done my recharge on 3 april 2020 on their site which is sitinetworks.com. But even after successful recharge my card is not activated. I have talk to their customer care multiple times but they are just giving an excuse that we have forwarded your request and issue will be resolved in 1 hour. But it's been a whole day but my issue is unresolved. I have mailed them on their site but they are just saying to wait.

sir i want a new connection with sitidigtal box. i am contacting your local cable operator. they said rs. 1600 for box and rs. 500 for new connection. i am contacting SITI digital customer care no. [protected] and they are replying that the new box cost is only Rs. 900 and giving one reference no. 1147471. they telling the problem is solved within 24-48 hours. but three days completed. still problem is not solved please contact me and solve...
