Hi,
Yesterday I received an equinox BP machine and it not working. Recieving an "E1" error. Time, Year, Date and BP are set however after that when we start and try to calculate the BP getting an "E1" Error. kindly provide support and resolve the issue ASAP.

      I had received a call from a person he offered me a work from home job of 10000 captcha in 10 days and he asked my adhaar card later that day I received a mail with a link. He said me that I would be getting a mail with the work but after 10 days this is the following mail I have received on 22 October 2020.. i have been receiving call and messages from these number now [[protected]] please help me to come out of this situation i extremely frightened due to these fraudster.

        I received a call from the company EQUINOX about the work captcha work that i have to fill 10000 captcha in 10days with 90% accuracy for which i agreed and worked for 4 days but after some time i didn't feel that it is a genuine company so i informed my manager and she said ok after 3 months now i am receiving call from an advocate to pay 8500rs or he will send a legal case and then i have to pay 72000Rs I didn't do anything wrong on the call they didn't inform about any kind of amount like this need help to solve this

          One day 1 lady call me for capthca work . she told me company give 10000 captcha you do within 10 days 90% accuracy i tell her there is any registration fees she told me yes but after you complete your work they deduct amount 5000 rs. I am says ok i will work for your company. then she suggest send your addhar and license i give her. after that she told me i will send you 1 mail you sigh there. the mail is agreement to sign digital from me. then after few's days i call that lady please assign me work but she reply i will inform you i am waiting for that work i again msg her but she blocked me .. after some days yesterday one advocate legal officer call me you you did not complete your work you will fine penalty amount 5000 rs.. otherwise i will raise FIR against you .. i tell her they not giving any type work they how can i pay the 5000 rs.. they send me soft copy legal notice and said you are giving penalty amount you future will in danger... i am so scared sir.. she told me give me response within 7 days other wise you come in court.. please help me i am so scared... my family also scared ...help me sir i have no money to pay them. Adv minhaz .. she has lots compaint against her on google.. they are doing fraud with me. Help me.

            We have bought a flat from SJR Builders - a 2BHK in SJR Equinox (Electronics City).

            As per the agreement, the buidlers are supposed to provide Granite slab, tiles and sink for the kitchen.
            Before Registering the flat, when I asked them to do the same, they asked us to Register the flat, make sure all interior work is complete and get back to them for the same.

            We have paid all dues to the Builder. After having registered the flat, SJR is now saying they cannot provide the granite slab, tiles and sink for the kitchen. They are saying the contractors have moved out from the site - and there is no way they can now provide the same. They are not willing to refund any money either.

            Their customer service is absolutely horrible: They do not know how to talk to customers - and do not listen to any reasoning. They are not willing to even listen and talk to a customer over the phone or in person. They have been extremely rude in the way they dealt with us - very unprofessional and have a 'goonda giri' approach.

            We are contemplating legal action against them for not providing the mentioned amenities as per the agreement.

            You can file a case in the consumer court. The procedure is easy and consumer friendly. You can yourself file the complaint, attend court proceedings. There is no need for a lawyer.

              The staff in SJR working as worse than in a Govt. office. These people are nice only to collect money. Once they collect all the money they become demons. I have my personal experience especially with one staff Manjula. I have bought a flat in SJR Equinox and paid all the money. But now I have a buyer who is interested to buy the flat. This buyer is after her to get the documents of the project to get the loan approved, For the last more than 3 weeks this lady is doing all she could to delay the handing over of these docs by giving silly reasons like nobody to take photocopies, I have other more important work and so on. How silly and casual these people are. They just want only new sales to happen so they can pocket the commission and they are not interested in second sales. Please keep away from these people as they are most unprofessionals in the trade.

                Dear readers I booked an appartment with SJR builders at Brookfield, Bangalore in the project SJR Brooklyn, during July 2005. They promised to hand over the flat by June 2007. I paid the entire amout of the cost of the appartment.
                The state as on 27 March 2008 is very gloomy and shocking.
                They have not completed the construction of the appartments but already completed the outter paintings. No water, electricity, and sewage disposal in the sight. Almost all the flats are without tiles and doors/windows. They are forcing the owners to take over the flats in incomplte stae and go for registration.
                There are hardly any worker working in the site. The complete project was given to contractors and the work is substandard in qulity.
                In the sale agreement they have included all the saftey clause to provide them immunity from law for any damage in construction, non availability of water, power and also non provision of sewage.
                They quote very low price but collect exorbitant amounts subsequently.
                Thier targets are all IT professional who are abroad and who has no time to see the progress on ground.
                This is only to alert all prospective buyers to keep away from SJR Builders. I prefer to stay my entire life in a rented house than under go this agony with the SJR Builders.

                We have noticed that there are many posts on your websites that baseless and posted only in the intention of defaming our company name.

                These comments have been posted by a person deliberately on many websites in order to defame the company. The person has used certain keywords in his posts and posted the same comment on many websites in order for the complaint to show up on various search engines. This person has also posted comments against SJR Group by using an id called SJR Group(this makes it very clear that the intention is not to complain but clearly to defame the company name.

                We will be pressing charges against the person with the cyber crime cell shortly. We request you to co operate with us by removing such non-genuine/unverified complaints and also helping us to track this person spreading false rumours about our company on the internet.

                We would like to refute and clarify on all the comments posted by you. The delay in handing over your apartment has not been deliberate or intentional but due to a number of reasons, which we know for one that you are well aware, because during your frequent visits to the site they were all clearly explained to you. The very fact that delays were indicated to you and posted in mails shows our total commitment to transparency and nothing has ever been hidden from you. Delays happen in every project not only with us, but with all other major and minor developers.
                Regarding facilities promised on paper they all have been provided and in fact we have upgraded some of the specifications that we would like to bring to your notice.
                The main door was upgraded from teak veneer to solid teak internal doors –hardwood was promised but you were provided with a better quality skin doors. Windows including French windows were upgraded to (UPVC) FENESTA. Driveways were upgraded to concrete.
                We would also like to inform you that your concern regarding landscaping is totally baseless. The landscaping can only be done once all the infrastructure is in place and will be taken up shortly. Your frustration is understandable but rest assured, you can safely put all your worries to rest as the handing over of apartments has already begun.

                am Dr.Jayanthi Madhukar and I stumbled upon this link few days back. Presently, I am in Utah and I booked my home at SJR Equinox.The last few days I have just been reading through the posts and was getting nervous regretting whether i made the right decision or not. I have been getting lots o[censored]pdates from SJR whenever there was delay (which obviously we all know has been a long one) but your views made me more alert. I called up SJR head office this Monday to give them a piece of my mind. To give fair credit they listened to everything that i had to say (i was a bit rude) and my call was transfered to another person(don’t remember his name) who was very forthcoming and explained all my doubts in detail. Maybe i just got lucky that day but i was relieved that they at least gave me a clear explanation. And the next day as they promised….they sent me a detailed email in
                which they not only described their side of this story…but also gave me a personal apology. We all have seen that SJR people have been very disorganised towards us but i guess they are working hard at improving it.
                And here’s another thing that made me happy… my father-in-law in Banglore has been enquiring about the price of SJR Equinox now, and the value of my apartment has appreciated a lot which is much higher than what i was expecting. Please keep me posted on any new things or discussions.
                I have got a property with SJR. Which i had purchased long back, i have got a very good value for my property. Now even they are coming up with some townships also…. They quote lower prices & they are very transprent in the payment schedule, where they show all the charges including the taxes & registration also………check out with Puravankara Group even there projects are getting delayed and the quality of construction is not up to the extant.
                Hi all, even i am facing thw same problem with many builders, basically i am an investor and have invested in projects of Mantri, Purva, Rohan and others. Luckily i have not invested in SJR, all have the same problems of delay...
                Reasons are hundreds like cost of construction gone up, Economy has changed drastically etc etc... I am really fed up with these builders...
                I dont know when these guys will learn from repeating the same mistakes...
                Delay in delivery of apartments seems to a problem across the board. I feel all major developers are having to deal with the same problem. But there's a great relief for us customers in the price appreciation. I got my Brooklyn apt from SJR at the time of prelaunch for 24 lacs inclusive of all. It's obvious that getting a deal like this in today's market (for a good apartment) is highly impossible. I feel it is the builders who have lost out in the bargain with escalating construction costs, as my flat is valued at around 40-42 lacs now.

                I am a resident of SJR Park Vista and tend to agree with the contents of the complaint. This is my personal experience. The Group promises the moon on your platter and delivers sub-standard apartments and poor quality workmanship. You are welcome to visit my apartment to see for your self what has been delivered. The so called General Managers of the group desire a lot in terms of their behaviour with the customers. They have ready made answers for all your problems. The quality of tile work, plumbing, electrical and general masonary is below acceptable levels for the price they are charging. In terms of transparency, it is greek and latin to them. One has to see to believe what the reputation of the group is in terms of commitment and quality.
                I do not agree with the comment made by Mr. Raj KUmar. Initially after booking a flat in Brooklyn i was very nervous seeing all the comments, but when i met the sales manager at the head office all my doubts were cleared & I am very happy with the service provided by them.. I am taking over my apartment by end of this month.
                These people are mad and psychos. They are not fit to do any business. Instead of accepting the customer criticism and working to improve them, they put all possible effort to justify their mistake.
                Pray they run out of business and save people from burning their fingers by interacting with them.

Consumers cant file their issues...checkout consumers complaints are posted against all big builders...but no one stoops as low as these ppl and try to stop people from talking. If they are so gr8 and have happy customers...those will come out and speak for them..their quality will speak for them..checkout rosewood, spencer, brooklyn..I dont think there are any takers...
                After a long time, justice is served. The Hon. Second Additional District Consumer Forum has ruled that SJR Group should refund my money with interest. This goes to prove that justice will prevail

                Congratulations!!! Good to see that justice prevailed. I'm sure it was a lot of stress. Have you received the full refund? Lot of people who may be suffering in a similar situation, can take heart from your case and look forward to something positive.                 I am happy to report some positive feedback on my personal interaction with SJR. My case in consumer court was settled out of court by the grace of the good offices of Mr. Bhoopesh Reddy. All interactions were very professional, and all remaining works in my apartment were completed to my satisfaction. A couple of finishing issues which i had forgotten to point out were also completed. Very professional and custimer friendly behaviour was demonstrated by all SJR personnel, with a special mention of Ms Sukhi who came personally to my home to deliver the keys.

                Eveything that I had agreed uopn with SJR was meticulously followed, and SJR gratiously agreed to most of my requests around finishing works pending in my flat, assiatance for registration etc. The whole process was very smooth, and everyone i interacted with was courteuous.

                Albeit a bit delayed, my issues with SJR and my case in consumer court stands resolved. Every assistance was given to me in the completion and registration of my apartment, and i have come out plesantly surprised, and very satisfied.

                  SJR Group is the #1 fraudulent builder / developer in Bangalore. They lure customers with the promise of below market rates. All of their current projects are delayed by at least a year. They have refused to pay delay charges. Some of their projects are yet to START even after 1.5 years of launch, and taking customer's money.
                  Flats / Apartments by SJR have only 50% carpet area, i.e. a 2000 sqft 3BHK flat / apartment (SBUA) will have only 1000 sqft of carpet area.
                  They are known to go to the customer just before the project competion and claim that the area of the flat / apartment has increased, and demand payment for the same.
                  Since most projects are delayed by 1-2 years, customers pay up fearing even more delay if they go to court.
                  They promise a lot of amenities, but fail to deliver on most of their promises. The specification of the flat / apartment shown at the time of purchase varies wildly from the actual result. (Smaller area, less amenities, low quality work)

                  SJR group / SJR builders have a history of cheating people in Bangalore. They have been blacklisted by several customer rights groups. A lot of their projects which they have sold to unsuspecting customers have not even recieved basic clearences from the govt, even after 1.5 years of project launch.
                  I am also a victim of SJR builders. They are well organised crooks. I am suffering after booking an appartment in SJR Brroklyn Bangalore. The projcet is delayed over a year and the qulity of construction is very poor.
                  They aim at collecting the money and they have no responsibilty towards the customer.
                  No one should go to them. They will take away your hard earned life time saving and leave you a mental wreck. We are all middle class people who have no strenghth nor money to fight them in the couts. It is advisable to buy an appartment from a builder with known reputation.

                  SJR is one of the worst builders in Bangalore. If you have money, better throw in the drain, but don't buy an apartment in SJR properties, believe me...it's much less painful. All their projects are delayed by more than a year, quality...don ask, sometimes tiles not available, sometime sand, then labor, wondow...list is endless...if you don keep a watch they will fit broken doors and won't replace. Their employee keep changing, so todya somebody will promise you something, tomorrow he is not there...so nobody is accountable. In my 3 yrs assosiation, 4 project managers already...and each one is bigger than the previous one.

                  delay charges...forget it...if you have made upfront payment, initially they will promise you to pay interest, then after sometime they will stop paying, saying "we din't ask for it, you paid and we can't pay after *** date". why?? that doesn make any sense. Ok...so then return the money..."no we can't return. it will be with us and final account settlement will be done at the time of possession". So you guys only can judge...

                  in one of the projects, after completion they told the owners, that they have built more Super Builtup area than planned, so owner;s should pay the difference, which was 1-3 laks per appt depending on their ratio.

                  They claim that their architect is some bigshot, i say, their design and enginerring suck...
                  they denied fitting bathtub in bathrooms saying, it might cause leakage.

                  and thats not all...the list is endless...My suggesstion to all my friends who want to buy their dream house is, please speak to people who have already made this mistake, visit the properties, each project's occupant have yahoo groups, browse and read the messages and then take a decision.

                  one can actually write a book on "why not to invest in SJR properties". And even after all this you want to invest in SJR properties, then i would say, "you are responsible for your pain and loss !!" :-)

                  The reaction of the buyers at the other project has made me nervous. However my experience in dealing with them till date is extremely good. They have been quite transperent and take time to answer to my querries and looks like they are trying to clean up thier image which would go a long way in making them one of the reputed builders. Hopefully they would work towards that and ensure that promises made are kept and the projects are completed on time. If they are serious about their business and would like to be considered as a top class builder then they should remove such misconception of the buyers.
                  Even i agree with the comment made by Radhika. Initially after booking a flat in Brooklyn i was very nervous seeing all the comments, but when i met the sales manager at the head office all my doubts were cleared & I am very happy with the service provided by them.. I am taking over my apartment by end of this month.
                  I have invested in SJR Brooklyn and the project is delayed by 1.5yrs. They have currently denied to pay the delay charges with no valid reason. Each time you visit their office and request for meeting with their MD, the only answer yoiu can expect is "He is not in office". You can afford to meet the president of this country but not Mr. Reddy. We are going thru hell and request everyone who is planning to invest here not to get into this trap. Construction quality is extremely poor.

                  I agree with most of the complaints here. nothing has changed with SJR builders - they are the group of same old people with same old cheating mentality. Things will be rosy with them till thay have to yet get the money from you - once the project starts getting underway is when the fun starts for the customer - you will never get your hard earned money's worth with this builder.Speak to any of the existing customers from any of their existing projects - simply by knocking on anybody's door - and you will get the full story

                  completely agree, SJR is complete Fraud and cheat Builder
                  i agree with this. They have cheated me & took away my intial payment made to SJR. they even took money from other customer selling my flat without my knowledge. I am planning to file a police complaint against them. The new customer whoever may be is requested not to pay the balance amount as i still hold the flat. All the marketing executives are fake & irresponsible they are the big frauders in bangalore after Godrej Properties
                  This complaint is posted in a way as if SJR is the only builder at fault. Complaints about delay, non-transparency, poor quality of construction, deviation is rampant amongst all reputed Bangalore builders. Everybody knows that if you have to invest there is no 100% guarantee that all things will happen as per the paper. You should be happy if you are getting 90%. I think SJR gives at least that 90%.
                  SJR has not done not even 20% of what they told they do for SJR eternity. They given khathas, which are fraud. Now there is a civil suite filled on the eternity site titles. I feel better to stay away from them.

                  I am happy to report some positive feedback on my personal interaction with SJR. My case in consumer court was settled out of court by the grace of the good offices of Mr. Bhoopesh Reddy. All interactions were very professional, and all remaining works in my apartment were completed to my satisfaction. A couple of finishing issues which i had forgotten to point out were also completed. Very professional and custimer friendly behaviour was demonstrated by all SJR personnel, with a special mention of Ms Sukhi who came personally to my home to deliver the keys.

                  Eveything that I had agreed uopn with SJR was meticulously followed, and SJR gratiously agreed to most of my requests around finishing works pending in my flat, assiatance for registration etc. The whole process was very smooth, and everyone i interacted with was courteuous.

                  Albeit a bit delayed, my issues with SJR and my case in consumer court stands resolved. Every assistance was given to me in the completion and registration of my apartment, and i have come out plesantly surprised, and very satisfied.

                  SJR is a very cheap minded builder, He doesn't even fulfill the promises made by him in the begning of the project. Quality of the flats will be worst. We bought flat in SJR Equinox, Electronic city. He has built up a commercial building next to it and leased it to HCL. They(SJR) have put up 50 AC compressors for the server rooms. These compressors are crreating the noise and we are not able to sleep in the night. The concerned people of SJR are not ready to take any action due to financial expenses. We are in a big mess. The tenants are vacating the flats. Its a dead investment for us. I never recommend SJR for any one. THey lure customers with low prices, however, they know how to save money with poor quality and with false promises.

                  I suggest you to file complaint against SJR builder with respective to the issue. By doing so you be helping other people like you who are getting targeted by such fraud builders.

                  BUILDER REFUSING TO REFUND BOOKING AMOUNT EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS

                  SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co) is the worst real estate company in bangalore due to the following main reasons, we have faced:-
                  1. Their sales executive "Meenakshi Patro" wrongly sold one flat in Fiesta Homes in Electronics City, Phase-2, Bangalore - 100 by claiming that there will be No EMI Till Possession (NMI) which they also advertised over internet, in their site office. But once the booking was done, she and her manager "Manisha Dey" told that No EMI will only be till Dec 2014 and if there is any delay, I need to pay for rest of the period. So, when originally it is that only after possession, EMI needs to be paid, it got changed suddenly to if there is a delay of one-two-three years, I need to pay EMI for all the time as they will collect 90% payment in the start itself from the bank.

                  2. SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co) Sales executive used to suggest that she can come to my house too for collecting the checks and signing the booking agreement but once the booking was over, she does not even picks the phone, nor replies mails or smses. So, NO RESPONSE UNLESS ANY SALES IS THERE. FOR ANY SUPPORT, YOU CAN FORGET HER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

                  3. My nightmare with SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co) continued when before booking, they sent a bank person to my home who saw ALL documents and told everything is fine and NOTHING else is needed. While, after paying the booking amount, this bank person (who was NOT having either the bank card or employee id or employee no., even after asking multiple times..) started asking for this and that documents. That too for many days he never used to pick the phone and whenever by any other phone, I was able to reach him, he simply asked for another document. I kept providing all he asked for but still it went nowhere in almost a month. Only help SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co) EXECUTIVES provided was keep calling for second installment of payments from my end EVEN when the bank loans where still pending. At last he asked for my other property (along with the current flat) as MORTGAGE against loan WHEN I WAS TAKING A HOME LOAN FOR GOD SAKE. I flatly refused that then canceled my booking with SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co).

                  4. My main trouble started after that. SJR Primecorp Bangalore ( www.primecorp.co) manager "Manisha Dey" started telling me to take the flat without loan or this or that way which I politely refused as I was not ready to deal with such UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE and just want to be out of this whole group in a good way.

                  5. While booking flat, SJR Primecorp Bangalore (www.primecorp.co) executive Meenakshi Patro first told me that "Sir, aapko 4-5 baar office aa kar follow up karna padega magar 45 days mein pura refund meel jayega". But After cancelling the booking after following up for more than 2 weeks, she and her manager told it will take 60 days for refund (Company Policy, which they were not able to provide any supporting documents). AFTER THAT MEENAKSHI PATRO stopped picking up my calls, smses, emails completely. Once by mistake she picked and told she is busy with launch of another project. I asked what about the existing client who got lured by all the good talks and sales pitch. You should help them too.

                  6. Even after sixty days, their account person meenakshi govindraju, simply kept delaying by saying, director is not in town, director is in meeting, manager is not there etc. THEY WERE NOT GETTING TWO MINUTES OF TIME, JUST TO SIGN A CHECK FOR REFUND.

                  7. At last when in evening SJR Primecorp Bangalore (www.primecorp.co) account executive, meenakshi govindraju, smsed me that it will take one more week, I losed my patience as I had my own pressing needs and was completely pissed of by requesting and saying "pls" to these people. I visited their office and asked them for my refund. That time their manager and account executive and sales person all told that it will surely get done tomorrow. I requested them that I am facing lots of problems and thus it will be great if you can refund my own money on an urgent basis which is already delayed.

                  4. Next day I received a call from her manager Maneesha Dey, saying that "I have created a nuisance near another client (they were more concerned on new clients than helping a old client) and I came to office after office hours (which was solely because I received the sms from there account officer only after the office hours say it will be again delayed). So, THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY". I have never listened such arrogant and illegal line in my whole life. I requested her so many times over phone that I just want my refund and go out of all this but she started saying so many different things and refusing to return my own money as refund. For collecting payments, in case of a single day delay they charge huge interest amounts but for refunding, only thing we get is No Call Picking, arrogant behavior, excuses as to how they can delay the refund and at last BLATANTLY REFUSING TO REFUND AT ALL.

                  I am quite embarrassed to get associated with such an unprofessional company and I need help to get my own payment refunded back in a good man's way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WANTING TO BUY A HOME FROM GOOD PEOPLE WITH GOOD FEELINGS.
                  Bren Palms - This is our experience with Bren Palms, the new project in pre-launch phase near Kudlu gate.

                  We were initially very interested in the project as the location was good and the builder is reputed one. We contacted the sales representative and got the cost sheet from him. The plan, amenities all seemed good but when we checked the cost sheet and split up, we found the VAT and service tax charges to be exorbitant. Then we did an internet search for current VAT and service tax rates and found them to be far less than what was in the cost sheet. We then went to Karnataka government commercial tax website and confirmed the VAT rates mentioned in the forums. Here is the link to the same

                  Max VAT is supposed to be 5.5% and service tax 3.09% of base cost (square foot rate and amenities excluding car parking).

                  We then met the sales representative and provided all these numbers asking to explain why their rates were high and how they arrived at the figure. He initially said VAT is 14.5% and car parking charges will be included in service tax calculation. We asked him to provide the proof for the same. But we didn't get any. Later he called us and connected us to another sales person. This sales person agreed that car parking charges are excluded from service tax and VAT was 5.5% last year but has been doubled in budget 2013. We later found that what he said is also false after checking this news article

                  We forwarded this link to him and we got no response on this. We didn't want to proceed any further in buying this apartment as we didn't want to be fooled knowingly by someone and lose our hard earned money towards an unjustified and unfair pricing.

                  Hope they will correct this in future. If they don't, it is up to us to be aware of the facts and be cautious.
                  You are right...even I went to sir site. I was feeling that their carpet area is 50% only.. If they say its 1490 I wont feel they give 75% of it..as they say...very small flat...if you search properly and look all property you will make out flats are very small.
