This is to inform you that myself "Deepak Joshi" deposited Rs 30 K on the name of travel package of Dwarka-Somnath Tour to the company Sky Holiday to Axis Bank a/c no. [protected] (Account Holder name-Vishal Khurana) through Google Pay. I have tried contact so many times on mobile no [protected] regarding the amount we have deposited but later on Mobile no Switch Off and Whatapp no[protected] but not received any response. regarding the amount we have deposited but later on both Mobile no Switch Off we get to know that is company is fraud. I have registered a complaint

This is to inform you that my daughter "Vanshika Singh" deposited Rs 35 K on the name of travel package of Andaman Nicobar to the company Sky Holiday to Axis Bank a/c no. [protected] (Account Holder name-Vishal Khurana) through Paytm. I have contact many times through mobile no[protected],[protected] regarding the amount we have deposited but later on we get to know that is company is fraud. I have registered a complaint against this fraud to the company's mail id: [protected]@skyholiday.co.in on Dt 09/09/2023 but till date my issue is not resolved and company is not refunding the amount we have sent to the person named as Vishal Khurana.
Kindly do some favourable steps regarding the fraud against the person named as Vishal khurana and refund the amount of Rs 35k asap.

I was searching a family tour of Guwahati Shillong for 1st to 7th March, 2022 and suddenly received a call by Srishti ([protected]) from skyholiday stating that they got my number from hello travels. The website and payment links seemed genuine. After finalizing a package, I paid a total of Rs. 48800 and the remaining was to be paid once the tour commences. The tour date is in less than 5 days now and Srishti's no. is constantly switched off & her boss Anamika's no. ([protected]) states incoming calls barred from last week. The enquiry & payment links on the website are also disabled. All my hard earned money & plans have become a waste as I have been scammed by them. Need the govt. to take some action to catch these fraudsters & return people's money.

Sky Holiday phone number: [protected]/[protected] is a fraud company,
and they fraud customers in the name of booking holiday packages. They
take advance money, and dont provide any services. The above mentioned
phone numbers are still active and we have proofs of them scamming other
customers. I have lost a total of 17800 rupees, from the scam. Kindly
request investigation on same.

I have received a call from sky holiday when i was searching a tour package for Guahati. A lady told me that no is received from hello travel. he gave me a plan for Guwahati-shilong for 11/11/21 -13/11/21 with air fare, i transferred an amount of Rs. 49556/- (tour advance + Air fare), after some hours i request that pl. send me the receipt of amount and book the ticket and i also requested that pl. change my hotel but she replied that once you have to finalized it. i again sent a mail after finalization & i called her in next morning on 04.11.2021 but she didn't picked up my call. next day, her phone was S. off. i was tensed but i was trying again & again over mail & on phone. on 5.11.21, she called me & said me sorry and told me pl. deposit some amount i.e. difference amount of air fare. i refused to pay & i told her that pl refund my amount, i don't want to go now.

she replied that it is not possible but you can drop a mail, i mailed her but her reply was not satisfactory. after various mail, she replied that amount will be paid within 30-45 day as per company policy. i have requested various time but a single reply came from sky holiday after so many mails that wait till the given time.

Today 48 days have been passed since the cancellation of programme (i.e. 3/11/21) but not a single pie is received by me from SKY HOLIDAY.

I have given advance to the sky holiday but till not received any detail about package and the girl who contacted from the company .Her ..mobile is also switch off

I booked holiday package with Haryana based tour agency sky holiday. I made advance payment of rs. 52000 for the same. We were supposed to depart on 20th November 2021. Till 16th November i have not received any booking details..They mailed the details of non-payment hotel bookings and asked me to again make payment of rs 10000. When i tried to contact them they did not answer my calls nor replied my mails. Here are the details of cheaters;

Please beware of Delhi Haryana based tour agencies.. they all are cheater & fraud.. Dont ever book any holiday package without visiting their office & proper details. I have lost my hard earned money.
