This is very request to the government who is running this hospital trying to give public their services .. Yours employees or i can say doctors and staff here is very misbehaving they don’t know ho to talk with the visitors and patient they use abuses and when some like me asked for the correct behaviour and treatment they ask go somewhere of hospital we are not responsible now …. It is my humble request to the Administration unit please...

Dear / mam i want to give you a very important information that the condition of sms hospital is worst now. Doc. And guards are behaving like just patients and relatives of patients are animals the way they talk to us that is like we are garbage they are abusing us and if we argue with them then they discharge the patients in critical condition they are no facility of seating and water even we have to pay for water in gov. Places so i hope you will take action on above matter as soon as possible 🙏

बहोत बत्तमीजी से बात की व् गाली देकर बात...

I went for covid 19 checkup on10 april 2020. I was having 103 fever and body ache, i went inside after taking recipt. There was dr. Sitting and there were no patient he was handling he simply said go to the other dr., there was no other dr in next cabin so security guard convinced him after 5 min to check me as i askes him there was no other dr. Then he checked me asked me to get xray then i had to go to recipt counter for xray recipt even though it is covid 19 ward we have to take recipt for each and every thing then i went for xray. The machine was not working i had to wait 30-40 minutes. Then after taking the xray i went to. The dr. Cabin there was a very big line. Then i was standing in line and there was only 1 dr. Checking. Then he went out of his cabin to ask other dr. To check because line was big he simply said u check and went inside his cabin and after being standing in line for 20 min then comes my turn so the compounder told me u wait here because a old person who was behind me let him go. Before i was not allowed to sit on chair even having 103 fever and body pain. But the old person can sit. There was 1 empty chair lying he said keep it aside dont sit. Then why would i allow the old person to go in before me there is no age wise line then he told me this is the only problem with these kids they dont care of age. So i went inside after getting checked dr. Asked me to get a form filled from componder then he said "padlia ppr. I said no because i just came out of dr. Cabin. Then he said"hum do chutiye nhi h jo btaenge padlena and rudely said adress bta tera" then he left the other person sitting said read this he was polite but the other staff dont know how to treat to a patient. And this is wat that was happining in corona ward. Cant imagine for the people we are clapping and taking our candles lit doing this kind of behavious. Hopefully the staff who dont know how to talk to patients should not be there. And this happened in sms hospital gate 6. Kindly take action against these kind of staff and kindly keep the machine proper in corona ward as it is the most priority treatment right now

मै योगेश अग्रवाल 10 सितंबर 2017 को sms अस्पताल में डॉक्टर से परामर्श लेने पर बांगड़ बिल्डिंग, mri section, room no. 60, में गए तो हमारे साथ वहां बदसलूकी की गयी। मै mri कराने के mri फीस काउंटर की लाइन में लगा हुआ था। जब मेरा नंबर आया, मैंने मेरी पर्ची अंदर पकड़ाई, तो जब फीस के रुपए मैंने मेरी जेब से निकाले, तो कुछ रुपए मेरे जमीन पर गिर गए । मैंने मेरे बेटे को आवाज देकर, पैसे उठाने के लिए बुलाया, जो की पीछे ही खड़ा था । अंदर काउंटर में बैठे सज्जन ने हम पर चिल्लाना शुरू कर दिया, की साइड में हो जाओ, मै तुंहारी रसीद नही काटूँगा, मैंने कहा की मैने मेरे बेटे को सिर्फ पैसे नीचे से उठाकर देने के लिए बुलाया है, लेकिन वह बोले गए और मेरी पर्ची मेरी तरफ वापिस फेंक दी, और बोले तुम्हारी पर्ची नहीं कटेगी तुम चाहे जो कर लो।
मेरे बेटे ने कहा पर्ची तो अब पहले हमारी ही कटेगी, आप बनाइए, तो उसने साइड में खड़े सेक्युरिटी गॉर्ड को कहा की इनको बहार करो । फिर हमने कहा की ये कोनसा तरीका ह?, हमने क्या किया ह? हम तुम्हारी कंप्लेंट करेंगे । तो वह बोले की जो तुमसे बने वो कर लो, मेरा कोई कुछ नही कर सकता । मेरे बेटे ने पुन: कहा क्यों नही बनाते पर्ची, पर्ची तो पहले हमारी ही बनेगी । तो उसने फ़ोन करके पुलिस वाले को बुलाया, जो की आते ही, बिना कोई बात सुने मेरे बेटे को धक्का देना स्टार्ट कर दिया । 3-4 बार धक्के दिए उसने कोई बात नहीं सुनी । मेरे बेटे ने कहाँ आपका बेल्ट नंबर बताओ, आपके खिलाफ भी कंप्लेंट होगी, तो वह बोला खूब कराओ, मै किसी से नही डरता । हमने कहाँ बड़े अधिकारी के पास कंप्लेंट होगी, मंत्री जी के पास भी होगी, तो वह पुलिस वाला बोला कहीं भी कराओ, मेरा कोई कुछ नही बिगाड़ सकता । उसने हमें बेल्ट नंबर नही दिए, लेकिन उसकी हमने फोटो खीच ली थी । उसका नाम हरिमोहन था । फोटो साथ में सलग्न ह। फिर हमें केश काउंटर वाले व्यक्ति ने बोला की आपको जहाँ करनी है, करवा दो, मैं भी करवा रहा हु ।
क्या ऐसे लोगो को स्टाफ में रखा जाता है?
ऐसे लोग ही sms अस्पताल का नाम ख़राब करते है।
क्या मरीजो के साथ ऐसा ही बर्ताव किया जाता है?

क्या ऐसे ही लोगों की पुलिस प्रशासन में भर्ती होती है?

उनका व्यव्हार ऐसा होता है?

हॉस्पिटल में आने वाला व्यक्ति, मरीज तो पहले से ही परेशान होता है।
आप ये पूरा वाकया, आपके यहाँ कैमरे लगे है, उसमे भी देख सकते है। आपसे विनती है की आप इन दो लोगो के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करे । और कार्यवाही हेतु मै हस्तलिखित पत्र भेज रहा हु -
