I placed an order on October 7 2023
Since then there's no update available, no tracking is available and on calling the company the recorded call tells that the executive isn't available .

I need my complete order with the correct no. Of mentioned items in the order and I need the tracking to be made available otherwise I will be forced to take a strict legal action against the company .kindly resolve the matter asap and get my order delivered

I paid an amount of Rs 701
After that there is no update on the website, order status shows unfulfilled, no tracking available .On calling the recording speaks no executive available .
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest .I need my complete order with all items I have ordered to be delivered at the mentioned address and please provide tracking too .If these are not fulfilled I will be forced to file a complaint at consumer court and do a police complaint .please look it into it as soon as possible

I have already maid a payment of Rs 701 .I tried calling consumer care there is no response, the recorded message says our executive isn't available at the moment .

If this continues and my complete order with all items isn't delivered and if tracking Isnt provided I will be forced to file a police complaint and make a court case against snackible ...Please look into it as soon as possible or else I will have no option but to take a legal action

First of all the order is delayed and secondly when it come today the delivery boy is saying that it is COD but it is already prepaid.
Before that company sends the mail that you got the order but actually I didn't got that

I have paid online for delivery of snackible product. I got an email message that the item will be delivered in 5-7 days. It's been more than 2 weeks and yet no update from them. Even there is no response to my emails following up them.

Dear sir/, ma'am,
I had ordered a set of snacks from snackible (https://www.snackible.com/) on november 30, 2019 and i was informed over email that the order will be delivered within 5-7 business working days. It has been more than 2 weeks and order has not been delivered yet.
It is highly unprofessional on the part of snackible to not deliver my order on time.
Kindly look into it at the earliest.
