I paid all my dues on snapmint and the same had been updated in cibil report..Eventhough i do not have any active loans, my snapmint account is still under active loans category in my cibil report due to pre-approved credit limit...It is affecting my credit score and i am facing difficulties for getting approval for new loans due to these false active loans...I contacted snapmint but there is no help from them in closing my snapmint account...Kindly...
