the plastic used is of very low quality

I bougt a sonata fitness band model zero from a shop of morena. And i am highly annoyed with the quality of the watch the plastic used in the watch is of very poor quality. When i opened the strap on it the plastic broked into pieces. It is hardly two months old and the company has given me a warranty of 12 months and when i asked the shopkeeper about that he said it will cost u 800 and watch is not showing any response when i am charging it.
Please do respect my money which i have spend on it and respond it as soon as possible

Got defective product. I purchased it on 25 april 2018 via amazon, sold by cambium retail pritave ltd. Bhiwandi mhaarashtra. The first time she put on on her wrist, the strap got detached from the dial. Again tired to fix the strap with a sonata shop, they fixed it. Again she wore, within 1 hour again thestrap was detached from the dial. So it was a manufacturing defect. And she could never wear it. Totally waste of money.

महोदय, मैं राजेश सिन्हा, आपको सादर अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि दिनांक 10 अगस्त 2018 को मैंने न्यू टाइम हाउस, बिस्टुपुर जमशेदपुर से सोनाटा ब्रांड की दो घड़ियां खरीदी थे, जिसमें से एक घड़ी को मैंने अपने भाई को उपहार स्वरूप दे दिया था, मेरे पास जो घड़ी है उसकी बेल्ट कुछ समय के बाद ही क्रेक होकर टूट गई जिस के संबंध में मैंने आज दिनांक 20 जनवरी 2019 को उपरोक्त विक्रेता से संपर्क किया, विक्रेता के द्वारा कहा गया कि घड़ी की बेल्ट की कोई वारंटी या गारंटी नहीं दी जाती है आप बेल्ट चेंज करवा लीजिए, जो बेल्ट आप की घड़ी में लगी है वहीं बेल्ट rs.120 में लग जाएगी मुझे यह जानकर बहुत ही आश्चर्य लगा सोनाटा ब्रांड की घड़ी की बेल्ट ₹120 में कैसे बिक सकती है। जब विक्रेता के द्वारा उपरोक्त घड़ी की बेल्ट दिखाई गई तो मुझे और ही ज्यादा आश्चर्य लगा के मेरी घड़ी की बेल्ट विक्रेता के द्वारा दिखाई गई बेल्ट एक ही है मुझे मामला समझते हुए देर ना लगी की विक्रेता के द्वारा पूर्व में ही मेरी घड़ी में नकली बेल्ट लगा कर दी गई थी, मैंने सच्चाई जानने के लिए विक्रेता को कि अन्य घड़ियां दिखाने हेतु कहा, उनके द्वारा सोनाटा की अन्य घड़ियां दिखाई गई, तो मैंने पाया कि सोनाटा की अन्य घड़ियों की बेल्ट के पीछे सोनाटा लिखा हुआ परंतु मेरी घड़ी की बेल्ट और विक्रेता के द्वारा दिखाई जा रही बेल्ट में कहीं भी सोनाटा का नाम अंकित नहीं है इससे मेरा शक यकीन में बदल गया कि मेरे साथ विश्वासघात किया गया है उपरोक्त तथ्य के आधार पर मैंने विक्रेता पर दबाव बनाया और कहा कि इसका मतलब आपने मुझे घड़ी के साथ नकली बेल्ट लगा कर दी थी इस बात पर वह सकपका गया क्योंकि क्योंकि उसकी दुकान पर अन्य ग्राहकों की भीड़ भी थी, और मेरा विरोध करना जायज था।
विक्रेता के द्वारा दो-चार दिन के बाद आकर बेल्ट चेंज करवाने की बात कही गई और आश्वासन दिया गया कि की दूसरी घड़ी की बेल्ट निकालकर आप की घड़ी में लगा दी जाएगी। क्योंकि विक्रेता द्वारा पहले ही मेरे साथ विश्वासघात किया जा चुका है अब मैं उसे दोबारा मौका देना नहीं चाहता।
मैंने घर आकर अपने भाई को दी हुई घड़ी के बेल्ट की पीछे की फोटो खींचकर भेजने को कहा जिसमें मैंने पाया कि उक्त बिल पर भी सोनाटा लिखा हुआ नहीं है अर्थात विक्रेता के द्वारा दोनों घड़ियों की बेल्ट नकली लगा कर दी गई है।
अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त संबंध में मेरी दोनों घड़ियों को बदलकर मुझे असली उत्पाद देने की कृपा करें।

I had raised complaint for same at world of titan at as rao nagar branch hyderabad however they assured me with giving me any receipt of complaint for replacement but its been 35 days till today i. E 3/01/2018. And today when i visited they said their stock was finished and raised complaint again today.
I really feel ashamed i bought my hard earned money of 955 to buy this sonata brand... The service very very poor even though they are charging money... Very bad experience at response...

problem in understanding some functions
In sonata 7949pp04 watch out of the 3 options available at the top the alarm rings only when chime is activated and the chime works only when alarm is activated. Is it a defect or in every watch this is the same plzz help me note:everything works when all 3 are activated?
If there is a defect then i have to return it as soon as possible. I have bought digital watch of sonata for the first time because it appeared to be different but now i am facing problems so please help me to resolve it sonata.

I bought a sonata watch from titan showroom in dombivli (E) last year.. Also i bought extended warranty for the watch for extra services.. But soon the battery of the watch drained and it needed to be replaced. Now i have replaced the battery cells almost 8-10 times.. It drains very fast. Also the time needed to replace the cell at the showroom is almost a week. So please look into it and give me a solution as soon as possible....

On 04 july 2016 from your authorized showroom gobinds watch maker and dealers, new market patn-01. The watch is stopped after a few months later of purchase. I am highly disappointed by the behavior of the company service center even after repeated complaints. First complain of stoppage 22 may 2017 and second complain of stoppage 2 june 2017. They did some repair work and returned me back on 15 june 2017. Within a week later, now it again stoppted. Its very shameful that sonata watches 3 stopped after frequent repairing by company service centre with in a warranty period.

I can't set the hourly Chime individually in my NH77033PP04 sonata SF watch. When I set the alarm and chime both in at a time, the Chime is working.

I had a lot of trust on the brand of sonata but u people spoiled it because I bought a sonata ladies wrist watch on[protected] and on16-03-17 I have used it but in the very first time after wearing that watch I have noticed that all the buttons are going to broke and the pins which are attaching them in the chain are coming out of that... I lost my patience and u people lost my trust.. I am not satisfied I want exchange or replacement for that watch.

I hereby would like to draw your attention towards my complaint regarding my purchase of sonata watch (M) 7998yl01 on 26 september 2015 from your authorized showroom ms krishna watch company, begum bridge, meerut. The watch is not working properly after a week of purchase. I am highly disappointed by the behavior of the company service center even after repeated complaints. Last time, i had given the watch on 15 october 2015 to their authorized company service center. They did some repair work and returned me back on 20 october 2015. Within a week later, it again stopped working. Again the service center took the watch for repair and send it to company for repair. It took more than two weeks to get my watch back after multiple follow ups. But gain after a week, it stopped working. Frankly, this is not expected out of a such a big branded company.
I humbly request the "world of sonata" store manager to a give replacement if they cannot rectify the issue.

REGARDING REPLACEMENT OF WRIST WATCH

I had purchased 'Sonata Digital Grey Dial Men's Watch- NG7982PP03J' on date- March 17, 2015 in rupees 399 INR.
In just a mere of about 60 days watch got dismantled by itself, The assembly packing of watch got loose and the parts (specially hinges) started dismounting by itself, Now the watch is not potentially strong and it cannot bear even the decent jerks which may occurred when someone do some work after wearing the watch.
Its not all about the assembly and body defects, The watch is even not regular and sound in showing time also, It shows variation of about 1 minute in about 3 days, that means the watch got wrong in showing time in every 3 days and i have to make it correct by adjusting its time taking reference by some other clock.
The wrist watch is not very much used and old even both the polythene cover gaurd (one on top glass screen and other on back steel panel) are still intact on their positions.
Now I want Sonata must replace my watch with the complete packed new one and I also want Sonata will pick this defective watch from my door.

Regarding Problem in New Watch (09 days old)

I have purchased Sonata Super Fibre Touch Screen Watch (Model No. - NE7992PP01J) from Prime Time Shop, Sec 6 Bhilai (490006), C.G. on 08/01/2015. On 17/01/2015 the light in the watch stopped working at the same day I have launched a complaint to the shop keeper and left the watch for necessary rectification. I got reply that minimum period for rectification would be 20 days. I want to know is it the policy of the company to take minimum 20 days to take any type of rectification in the brand new watch ?
Pl. inform me that how could I get my solution at earliest.

Purchase wrist watch from Ponkshe watch centre, Thane, on 4/2/2014, this watch is stop working on very next day, complaint to the stores he changed the machine of the said watch from another same watch on 11/2/14, but also this watch stop working on 13/2/2014, so i request to shop owner, to change this watch with another one, but he denied saying that titan has not allow us to do so, he kept this watch for repairing purpose, now this is question why should i used repair watch when i purchased new, and can i suggest some to purchased sonata watch, after 10 days till today the said watch is not going to repair this is your excellent quality of watch

WATCH Quality is not good & Service also not done properly

We bought SONATA Watch 7981PP01 on 03 FEB 2013. The light & Alarm facilities in the watch are not working and we gave compliant in the showroom(shop where we purchased) & they sent it for service. They kept the watch for around one month and they returned it without any repair.
This is worst service which needs to be corrected from Showroom & service provider.

misbehavior of the seller

sir i had purchased a sonata fibre watch from a local shop with one year warranty........but it turned out to be irresistant to water. i took it back to the seller for the warranty claim.. he accepted and promised to get me a new watch within a week, it was december 2012. since then i had been visiting him for the watch and every time he would say that the watch will reach within a day or two...he excused the same untill 7th may when i visited him for the watch......to my astonishment he abused me shouting at me some harsh words......it was an open attack on my dignity in front of tens of gentlemen present over there........i escaped from the spot to avoid further insult..........the next day i went to him again fearing that i will lose my watch if i felt afraid and i toughly got some other watch considering the worth of the previous watch and a further payment of Rs. 230/-
sir, i think he has no authorisation of any company to sell its products. he sells watches, LED lights, mobile phones, etc. it is requested to look into the matter to ensure that only authorised sellers sell the products......to overcome piracies and to ensure that no other customer's dignity is pounced at....he behaved with me as if i were a beggar..........

The watch was purchased on 10/10/15 in Sonata showroom Tirunelveli. Since then watch has stopped working for 3 times.Given the watch to showroom 2 times for this complaint but still for the 3 time watch stopped working.I need a solution this soon.

Sonata Watches — 5th Stopped Working after Servicing
Dear Sir,I have a watch of sonata which has stop working.
I had purchased a month before and given it for repairing for 5 times.
Still it has stopped working
Good should go against it
I have purchased sonata watch from verma watch co.(11/13b, tilak nagar) but i am not satisfied with the watch.The watch stopped 5 times in a day.
Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

new watch repairing matter

before 3 month buyed a sonata wrist watch,after 2 days watch get the problem in it,and the shop keeper of (phadke watch center,dombivali e) exchanged the watch and given the new watch but after some days i have faced new problem the arrow in the watch showing the seconds had been fallen and again the shopkeeper had taken the watch and after 8days by repairing he had given back to me but again i m facing the same problem after 1 month, i had given my watch again to the shopkeeper and it had taken 2 weeks, and he had not returned to me so i m just requesting u that i don't want that repaired watch again and again. what should i do for new one?
