I'm purchase your SF NN77053PP01 model but strap are broken I want last six months his model strap Please provided...

Mention subject serial no watch date is frequently go back date, I have continue update the date but same day watch date goes on back date, so please resolve my issue...

I had bought a watch worth of 1900rs in galaxy watch work kodialbail and in 1 week color went off and gave to replce it ..its been a 15days..not even one single reply from the company as well a the shop..reduculars..service of watch shop as well as sonata company...

Yesterday i purchased titan sonata watch model no. nk8114sm01 which is silver colour i am not satisfied. At the time of purchase gold colour is unavailable in that shop. I saw your website its available now. I want that gold colour instead of silver. Can you please replace it?...

I bougt a sonata fitness band model zero from a shop of morena. And i am highly annoyed with the quality of the watch the plastic used in the watch is of very poor quality. When i opened the strap on it the plastic broked into pieces. It is hardly two months old and the company has given me a warranty of 12 months and when i asked the shopkeeper about that he said it will cost u 800 and watch is not showing any response when i am charging...

Got defective product. I purchased it on 25 april 2018 via amazon, sold by cambium retail pritave ltd. Bhiwandi mhaarashtra. The first time she put on on her wrist, the strap got detached from the dial. Again tired to fix the strap with a sonata shop, they fixed it. Again she wore, within 1 hour again thestrap was detached from the dial. So it was a manufacturing defect. And she could never wear it. Totally waste of money.

My watch strap got damaged so i wanted to fix a new strap for my watch but none of the service centre is providing quick service they asked me to wait for 20 days to fix my old damaged strap with the new ones (I. E service center in mumbai not providing quick service) even complaint number are either not responding and given false complaint number...

I had raised complaint for same at world of titan at as rao nagar branch hyderabad however they assured me with giving me any receipt of complaint for replacement but its been 35 days till today i. E 3/01/2018. And today when i visited they said their stock was finished and raised complaint again today.

I really feel ashamed i bought my hard earned money of 955 to buy this sonata brand... The service very very poor even though...

In sonata 7949pp04 watch out of the 3 options available at the top the alarm rings only when chime is activated and the chime works only when alarm is activated. Is it a defect or in every watch this is the same plzz help me note:everything works when all 3 are activated?
If there is a defect then i have to return it as soon as possible. I have bought digital watch of sonata for the first time because it appeared to be different but...

I bought a sonata watch from titan showroom in dombivli (E) last year.. Also i bought extended warranty for the watch for extra services.. But soon the battery of the watch drained and it needed to be replaced. Now i have replaced the battery cells almost 8-10 times.. It drains very fast.
