I have not received any status/response from shree laxmi service centre balasore-756001 regarding the deliver of my new tv model no klv 40w672e against the amount of rs 41, 925.00. I purchased xa1 on 07 may 2017 from croma, s. G. Highway ahmedabad invoice no slf02a[protected]. Ime1#1:[protected]. I spent 19990 just for sony brand, otherwise 3gb ram and 36gb memory is available in range of just half of the price.
