I have purchase a LCD SONY from Dawar,Gurgaon in the month of Oct'2009, Now I wish to pay the remaining installments and wish to close my consumer loan, But no body is telling me to how to close my consumer loan, as their office not situated in gurgaon, Pl be provide the assistance in this regards.

LCD PCB board carried within one month
I bought Sony Bravia LCD in Jan 08 from Singapore.
Recently my TV stopped working . Person from Sony customer care checked and informed that the PCB board is corroded. I was told that if sent to service center box can be cleaned in solution it may start working.
I was surprised to receive repair quote of Rs. 30,000/ on phone from Sony service center , repair quote was more than current market prize of Sony...
