I have paid for the premium services of this website for one month. After one month the paid services gets auto renewed by deducting a particular amount from my account. But they haven't provided any option to unsubscribe from this service. The website asks us to unsubscribe by visiting 'my purchases' section in their mobile app or website, but such a section does not exist. I've tried so much to find this section but found mysel[censored]nsuccessful....

I had already paid 3 months premium as subscription to watch sony liv and download the programme on 14th may.2018 valid upto 13th august 2018.

But from since last 9days onwards i am not able to download any tv shows. I had paid the subscription money of rs.149/- from my paytm wallet. Which i got acknowledgement saying paid to sonyliv. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

After paying premium only 2 days i downloaded...
