This was in the march 2020 and till today i have not received my product order or my money back

Someone can help to get my money back...

I have order jbl earbuds with rs 1699 from soundaudioz.com and order no :-pw36515 but today i got fake fosilli watch where order no is mention pw36120 and paid 1699 rs. This is really disappointing while wait for almost 1 week and after that we got fake product and really bad experience.

They haven't mention any contact details on website as well

I have ordered samsung u level headphone through soundaudioz website but i have received completely different products (Cheap wireless bluetooth ear phones of an unknown company and a wireless charger) and are very cheap though. This online website is fooling people with the items that they are displaying on their website and sending fake products. Mail has been sent to their customer care about the same and asked for my money refund...

I recently bought a combo of wireless earphones from website www.soundaudioz.com which on site showed combo of samsung level u headphones and sony wireless earpods. It got delivered to me And the product were cheap chinies earphone and wireless charger which were not even 200 for which I have paid 1898 rupees.
After that i tried calling the no which they have provided, also I tried to mail them, the mail it self is not correct one,...
