NON DELIVERY of SPEED POST Letter even after 15 Days
I have sent Speed Post cover N0 EN[protected]IN to HOOGLY West Bengal on 20th December 2008 from Osmania University Hyderabad Post Office, but the same has not yet been delivered to the addressee, whereas this is lying at Howrah as per the online information. Please let me know the reason of the delay. What is the purpose of Speed Post, if it is not delivered on second or third day? It is almost 15 Days and the letter has not yet been delivered....
