My cousin lost his mobile having Spice prepaid Sim card when he went to have it blocked he is being asked to submit FIR filed with police, he is not even applying for issue of duplicate card for god's sake..When he went to police to register complaint he is being harassed by them. There is always a fear that sim that falls into hands of anti-social elements will be misused but we will still follow the stupid procedure of giving application...

1. I purchased Spice Mobile Model 4580 from Spice Retail Ltd, Store No 73, Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 22 Nov 09 (one day back) vide Invoice No[protected]. At the time of purchase I was told by the Salesman named Mr Arif that in order to tranfer the data from PC to mobile data cable can be used since it does not have the Blue tooth.

From one month there is money deduction from my mobile. alway my balance is nill or zero. but how it deduction? one day happening that i have recievied message from 999 that "your request has been sucessfully processed". but sir i have not send request to 999.

I requested to u deactivate all serviecs which will be deduct my balance.

i had downloaded the callertune jaded by aerosmith for the spice network in karnataka. Rather than having the song as my callertune some idiotic song has been set as my callertune and my balance has been deducted. So is there any toll free number that i can call and enquire about the state of work been done? And besides being a student it is very idiotic to rob people in such ways... I've never seen any network work in such an unorganised...
