Spice — Replacement

I got A phone it was not charging
when i went to Jodhpur Service centre the told me the tracks has gone it can not be repair or replaced even it was under warranty

Spice — product is not feasible

I had bought spice M 67 3D mobile on january 2/1/2011 , since day 1 I had many problems with the product , the head set was very low in quality that the ear bud of headset broken into pieces without using it for even a week & also the key pad was very mean the keys are not working upto its functionality , thus the product which i bought with so many hopes to enjoy the music , to show possessiveness was ineffective . With what satisfaction can i still show this as my product .

i have sent to activate gprs that is 49/month
but after decuting money from my mobile balance they did not sent any confirmatory message
and after this also i am not able to browse through this gprs connection
i have called customer care many times but there was no use, they told from our side there is no probelm
even today i am not abel to browse but they have decuted the money

Inefficiency of mobile phone.

I purchased my Spice Mi 349 from 'VICKY MOBILE, Bus Stand Burhar, Dist-Shahdol(M.P.)' on 26-Apr-2014, bill no.-552. Now after 3-4 months my mobile usually hangs while calling & many other tasks.

Charging Problem

Third class Phone, i never purchased spice phone in my life.
I request you to all, Never purchased Spice brand.

frined. last time also complain but no responce from custumar care. they not block

I purchased a mobile of spice.But now mobile software is not working properly.It hangs after sometime.

i purchased spice 6464, in the month of jan2010. its display got malfanction in the month of march 2010.i located service centre in lower parel area of mumbai.handed over the set to Hot Spot. at lower parel on 5th mar 2010.they assured me it will be rectified within 10 - 12 days, when i enquired they further extended by 15-days. I soke to theire customer care no, 60005566.they to promised me to deliver the mobile set by 10th of march...but still i am not able to get back my mobile set.The only aswere they have is technical problem..if it is a technical problem then they should stop selling their product in india.they simply fooling the poor customer.

I completely agree to the fact that Spice Mobiles are NOT WORTH BUYING because their service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have got 4 Spice handset in my family though the handsets are OK but what is the point when they give contract to service to such people who are so unprofessional when it comes to giving service. I AM SORRY Spice but I would NEVER Recommend anybody again to buy these HANDSETS because of the horrible experience I had with service.

My case is that I had one Spice C-5300 for personal use. It had display problem and the screen went completely black. When I took it to service centre in Allahabad which is in CITY hotel building they told me it would cost Rs. 570 and you can take it tomorrow. I said OK. The next day I called them and they told me that it would take Rs. 1200 to fix this and if you say yes, you can collect it tomorrow. Though it was a bit disappointing, I said go ahead and fix it please. After 3 more days when I called them, the person at the other end said " Yes your set C-5300 which had the display problem is fixed. You can collect it after payment of Rs. 1200.

But to my surprise when I visited the service center, the person at the reception told me your phone is lying untouched and it would take 10 days to fix this and it would cost you Rs. 1700. When I told him I talked before coming, everybody denied out rightly that he did not picked the call. Annoyed when I went to the owner of the service center to complain, he took the matter very lightly. I even showed him the call list in his phone( which confirmed that I called and taled for 1 minute 13 seconds). After being humiliated so much I collected my unfixed phone and returned with a determination of not to buy SPICE ever again.

The same day I went to buy a SAMSUNG CDMA handset.

I am agree with complain beacuse i am facing same problem by spice service center .my mobile set is also diposited since ane & half month for repair at GNH TELECOM NOIDA GB NAGAR U.P.but the service personal, all U.P. service incharg MR HIMANSHU, Service center owner MR. SHOBHIT are not giving my set back.

Now there are one problem in this set i.e. the main screen of this set is rotate automatically and disturb all the feature of this set. so, please tell me how i can rotate this screen now as soon as possible. FAULTY PIECE

I purchased spice mi502 some 2-3 months before. My phone is getting heated and gets switched off on its own. Hence i want to get it resolved.
