I purchased a samsung grand prime 4 g (Gold) phone on 23rd August2015 from Hot spot store outlet at GT Road Ghaziabad. Due to some issues with the handset, i got the replacement certificate from service centre and submitted the same to hot spot spice vendor at ghaziabad from wherei purchased the mobile on 26th.
I need exactly the same set from vendor but they are not providing the same and not refunding my money since last 12 days....

on 6-09-10.at the time purchase i was given assurance by company executive that the price of mobile set rs 8900 is the lowest price in the market incase u get the same model in lesser price we will refund u back the differntiation amount to u and now company s denying from its words this same model is available in the other branded...
