Service not good

Driver are not behaving in a good manner.They are treating the passengers in a rude way.They are not picking up the passenger at the stop. They are speaking really rude way....

Actually bus front glass broken at ulundurpet still running to vembar without fixing and it’s starts from night 7:55 pm from Chennai and still it is 9:00 am doesn’t reached vembar … that to the bus driver shouted why you are you late but now the bus has been late and it’s totally unfair you should take action or I will take action for this😡😡

    My name is Riyaz I traveled in sblt on 5/4/2021 Chennai to devakottai
    When i booked a single ticket at double berth seat no 13w another one is free
    But a driver stopped a bus and booked another person for lower cost what ever it’s I don’t care but the person is unconscious (drunken) he sleep near me he put hand on me and alcohol smell so bad . I compain to the driver but he say what we do sit he booked in online
    I say plz allocate me alternative sleeper seat no 11 and 12 upper berth . But he say it is for me . I can’t slept at whole night sorry sir i have ever get this bad experience in my life time . And you lost a regular customer and I said that every my relatives don’t book a ticket at sblt

      Date 26.04.2019 time 7.15pm from mannady, we are totally 3pax (2 ladies, 1 myself)
      complaint against acting driver and the cleaner they both are miss behaved used bad words and at the time of 1'oclock in the night they are asking us to getdown from the bus bcoz of iam sitting in the other berth which was free at the time is un occupied berth till devipattinam and they mentioned like which i have...

      We had travelled from Sivaganga to chennai by this worst service. Driver's rash driving almost killed my wife and 3 year old son.. When nearing the dropping point chrompet, driver asked us to come front.. and when we are standing with kid and luggage, he has put a sudden break which made my wife and kid fell down and dragged forward from middle of the bus to the front.. Both got severe scratches and injuries..

      The similar incident happened in previous dropping point Tambaram.. but the driver have not learnt the lessons and playing with passengers life..

      I would have lost my wife and kid now because of this idiotic driver and this travels.

      Please ban this travel and save passengers life.

        I was booked a sleeper bus but they send a very dirty bus seater all seats are full of dust even birth too.. We pay money for comfortable journey but this sort of attitude seems to be hectic. Instead of taking this as a complaint you people see from you regard that will you people travel in any bus with full sands and dust in birth... I hope there will be a change and betterment next time.. Don't take it as a casual issue see from business...

        All seats are full of dust even birth too.. We pay money for comfortable journey but this sort of attitude seems to be hectic. Instead of taking this as a complaint you people see from you regard that will you people travel in any bus with full sands and dust in birth...           Your payment confirmation number is 59289683
          Your ticket booking with the host server is failed.
          Your amount will be returned back to your Credit card within 4 to 7 working days.

          Pls dont make online to bhagyalakshmi bus travels

            Ticket booked through redbus.in with id TH6D69345379/BLT611849. Passenger is provided with incorrect onboarding time by travels company and by the time they reach bus already left. Travels is not providing neither refund nor ready to accommodate passenger for next available day. This is purely travels mistake, but they behave very rude. Damaged Occured: Passenger ended up taking LOP leave and missed school admission for his son. Total loss of ticket amount Rs.2000/- and loss of childrens education in better school
