We went for a show at 8:15, we ordered a few things on two orders for different seats. The guy at the food counter gave just one bill with combined order which was not a problem and he said that our orders will be delivered to the seats. When the orders came to our respective seats, one large pepsi was missing and we told him to get it and he went back to get it meanwhile out of 6 drinks one was Mountain Dew but the glass was just filled with Normal water and ice. The guy from the counter never returned for the correct order and after the movie when we asked him why in a polite way, he said that he had done the job and did not agree for a while in an ignorant tone. Somehow when we were leaving he said that it might have been his mistake and he's sorry for the same in rude and sarcasm full tone while murmuring something... We come from reputed families and don't want to fight with a counter guy but what happened today is not good. We have been regular customers for very long and need to be treated right or I willbe forced to file a consumer court complaint next time.

Hello, I am Ashutosh Sharma. I am studying in Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab. I regularly watch movies in SRS Omaxe Mall, Patiala. I am facing a trouble with the management. My experience of all the 3-D movies has been screwed up because of the sub-standard, overused 3-D glasses. When i pay the full money, why should i have a substandard experience. Why should i get low quality stuff. It is highly requested you to kindly look into the matter and set things right.

Dear Sir, Me and my wife watched movie MARDAANI (Ticket No 12/015057 & 12/015058, seat no L15&16) at SRS cinema (ELDECO MALL, STATION 1, Sector 12) today on 25th Aug 2014. We were surprised to see that SRS Cinema management have remove the drinking water from cinema premises. When we contacted Staff, they suggested us to buy water bottles and drink water. It was totally an inhuman behaviour conducted by staff. In today's time, most of cinema are serving drinking water to their customer at free of cost in their cinema premises. Then why SRS is putting inhuman step to remove water from their premises and how come staff was rude and forcing people to buy drinking water from their internal shop. If Cinema is not offering water to customer then customer should allow to carry their own water bottles in the premises. In the recent time, SRS has own good name and people trust on SRS as a brand name, but taking such inhuman step will spoil SRS image among customer and even in market. I remember initially PVR remove water from premises, but with customer legal notice they have again restore the services. You can refer to the PVR legal cell and Internet for this reference. I am requesting you to please look into matter and restore water services in SRS ELDECO Mall premises. Looking forward to your help and support on this. Thanks & regards, Anoop

Yesterday on 11th June 2011, I had been to SRS Cinemas with my wife. Address: SRS CINEMAS Sec-48, Celebration Mall, Gurgaon. Movie: Holiday Date: 11th June, 19:50 show. We had food there and that was of pathetic quality and price, 1. We asked for veg-sandwich and we are served and charged for Chilli panner sandwich(as he misheard that). 2. American Corn are served there but they don't give the bill but charged a huge amount. 3. We opt for popcorn tub and Extra large Pepsi (1 litre). Pop corn were soft rather than crispy and cold drink offered was not at up to the mark. There is no taste as it was only soda with a little flavour. When we complaint then the helper in the shop turned furious and said "kisko problem nhi huee, tumhe hi sab problem hai". I was with my wife, so could not stand there and create a scene. Please help us in getting proper compensation and took their sample and take strict actions.

There was advertisement last week in Times of India that they will provide free tickets on coupons which was given in the newspaper.But when i went there with my family they change there schemes.They were saying it was for morning show and you get free ticket only when you buy one, which was not mention at all.Although Coupons are valid upto 26 Feb, they did not accept that.Add was given by SRS Cinemas and valid for Jaipuria and aditya mall.Please Kindly do the need so that from the next time they will not give such adds.
