My order id is SO[protected] and I want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return and also full payment of Rs.898/- was paid to the concerned authorities by cash on delivery. How can I do? to change the above item i want to blue color instead of green or getting my paid amount of Rs.898/-

I AM TARIQUE RASHID , ENGINEER BY PROFESSION . I HAVE GOT REALLY EXHAUSTED TO GET A STAMP PAPER FROM COURT OF JAMSHEDPUR , JHARKHAND. I AM TRYING FROM 3 WEEKS BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET ONE . I THINK THE ONLY REASON FOR THIS IS BLACK MARKETING . I REQUEST THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL TO PLEASE TAKE SOMESTRICT ACTION REGARDING THIS....
