I ordered Sony boom box CzDF N70 and paid Rs 5118 / through SBI Gurgaon. I wrote them numerous mails but they say order is confirmed but till not even tracking number for despatch has been given.Theyclaim to deliver the item in seven days and give tracking number in 48 hours. Their all telephone lines given on the web are out of service.
I request consumer form to take serious action against such a fraud firm and my Rs 5118/ should...

My order number is 17813798.Its been more than two months now.I placed my order on 26th May 2020 since then ive not received any order update from this company .Whenever i write a mail to them I get an automated message .I ve read alot of fraud complaints about this company and would like you to take some action them because its high time now.I would like my order to get delivered to me as soon as possible....
