6 years overdue.
Even first interim and second interim dues were also not received....

Hello I had invested at 24/09/1997 for 57 tree with an investment of Rs1, 04, 550 with certificate number V2057

Hello I had invested in 86 tree and had investment amount Rs1, 60, 000 and there is still no response with certificate number L5590.

1. I am holding two teak trees under Application No. U24991 & Certificate No. E5880 in the name of Mr. Rajesh R Seth.
2. As per the plan scheme the maturity date was 07/05/2014 mentioned in the certificate, we were supposed to get the Maturity Value of Rs. 1, 24, 000/1.06 Cu Mtr or monthly income of Rs. 1137 per tree.
3. No amount has been received or any communication received from your end.
4. You are requested to kindly intimate the status of the payment at the earliest.

I took one certificate No. P4163 from you vide Application no.- A165841 dated 04/03/1997 for Two Teak Trees with an investment value per Teak Tree of Rs. 1825/- Returns for the certificate were due on 2003 and 2009 respectively. But to my disappointment, I haven't received any of the amount which was to be paid to me. I request you to please see that the same is made good and the money due to me with due appreciation is refunded back to me

I purchased STM TEAK TREE ( value Rs. 1750) Application no J 562982 with certificate no K 16409 in the name of WAHEEDA KHAN with joining date 30/01/1996 and maturity date 29/01/2016. However I have not received any interim returns neither maturity amount at the end of 20 years.
Therefore it needs to be settled immediately with another additional period of 6th year.

I had bought 15 real trees for 1475 each certificate number B6903 and the maturity year was 2014.. I haven’t received a single penny from them.
How can this be resolved

I, Kunal Jhunjhunwala had purchased Teak Equity from Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd (STM). My Application No. D 308332 & Certificate No. G 1077 in the 11 November 1995.
First Maturity Date was 10 November 2001 & Second Maturity Date was 10 November 2007 as per the Certificate.

Till date we haven't received any Intermediate Returns or any Correspondence from them regarding the claim settlement. We are stuck in this claim settlement process which isn't moving anywhere

If someone can help us how to contact them and get our returns back, that would be really helpful

I have till date not received any returns as indicated in the certificate.

I have tried to contact different sources for the same but all efforts invain

My father had invested and purchased value of each teak tree was Rs- 1775/- in 22/05/1996 and the muturity date was 21/05/2016. But even after the scheme is matured in 22/05/2016 we have not received any amount of the scheme yet.

I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.2550, on 31/3/94 and its maturity date is 29/6/13 with assured mid term payments. However neither mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.
