I surrender all my certificate on 12.10.1999 but till date not got any payment.
pls help how to get refund .

Invested in the year 1992 and maturity to be claimed on 2012 but until now no response, it seems Honorable Court has taken over the issue of this matter.
We request our Court to fast the proceedings and waiting for the Judgement, Kindly do the needful.

I daisy john (application no: d0306189 certificate no: j16534 amount paid rs.1825.00/-) & my son gibin g joseph (application no d0251321 -certificate no: j16535 amount paid rs.1825.00/-)had bought 1 teak tree each @ rs.1825.00, quantity of teak timber guaranteed per tree invested: 1.06 cu.M each. Our date of joining was 07/05/1997 & the date of maturity date was 06/05/2017.

They have not paid us interim returns. Further, there is no communication from the company and no correspondence regarding the status of the company. The first interim return due was on 06/05/2003 & 06/05/2009. Requesting you to please intervene and get us back the invested amount back with the returns and interest.

Above all details is according to bond issued by them.
This company is registered under the companies act 1956 in india. We had not still received interim returns of the company of the 6th and 12 years, which were due to us. We had searched chennai's registered office and head office and also mumbai address, but still, all the offices had been shifted but their later address not known. It is a huge loss to us. Sterling tree-magnum (india) limited's corporate identification number is (cin) u01119tn1992plc021975, and its registration number is 21975 this is what i found on the web.

Purchased a stm teakquity certificate bearing no C4220 on 24/051993 which will mature on 23/05/2013 in the name of Ajitha Gopan.The 1st and 2nd interim returns were overdue and which were not been paid till date.

My wife purchased 5 trees in Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd on 30/5/1995. The maturity was on 29/5/2015.
It was for trees in Silamalai Plantation.
The total due was 864000/- after 20 years.
Till date have not received any money.

One tree value Rs. 1475, date of joining 30.5.1995, maturity 29.05.2015. Application no. K452452, certificate No. F10878.
The certificate mentions that at the end of 20 years, this value would be Rs. 72000 per tree.

Plus

Two tree value Rs. 2950, date of joining 4.6.1994, maturity 3.6.2014.
Application no. W9991, certificate No. D1213. under Easy retirement teakquity Plan E.
This certificate mentions maturity value end pf 20th year Rs. 144000
or Rs. 1320 per month for lifetime payment after 20 years.

Vide certificate no I 8765 dt 18 Jul 1996 I purchased two teak trees, with date of joining as 30 Dec 1995.
As per the terms and conditions, first interim returns were payable on 29 Dec 2001 and second interim returns on 29 Dec 2007 followed with maturity value after 20 years as 1.95 lacs and after that monthly return of Rs 2112/
Not a single paisa has been recd by me since 1995.
Can the company update me on the issue
I understand there is an alternate offered by Sterling Resorts for membership in lieu of these shares

I have purcahsed 20 teak trees vide their "Land Owner's Teakequity certificate No. A7399 & Application No. G117657. Date of joining the scheme was 24/10/1994 and date of maturity was 23/10/2014. The maturity value of the scheme is Rs. 1, 440, 000/-.
I neither have received my maturity amount nor heard anything from Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd, so far
Kindly do the needful.

I am holding a Easy Retirement Teakquity Certificate (I 8**4) for 5 Teak trees with purchase price of each teak tree as ₹1775.00. The date of joining is 12/01/1996 and date of maturity is 11/01/2016. Till date I have not heard anything from Sterling Tree Magnum (India ) Ltd. I do not know whether it was a fly-by- night operator. The trees were supposedly planted at Vanathiparai Plantation in Andipatti Taluk, Madurai District. I was not paid the so called First Interim Payable on 11/01/2002 and Second Interim payable by 11/01/2008.

I had purchased 20 teak tree worth rs.40, 976, on 21/12/1996 TILL 25/05/97 with assured midterm payments. However nither has ant mid-term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised

I invested Rs 47, 925.00 on 31/05/1996 for purchase of 27 trees vide application no V3410, certificate no G2858. We have not received any maturity amount till date. Total amount due at the time of maturity was INR 28, 50, 525.00
We have have not received land status of 300 sq m in Bhopal allotted by the company as per their land documents till date.

A teak tree certificate (certificate no. T44795) based in application no. 33905 was purchased in the name of Gayathri Smitha (my wife) with the nominee name V. Kalpana (relationship to owner: mother) was purchased by my mother-in-law V. Kalpana ji.

The date of joining the scheme was 11/03/1993 and the Date of expiry of the scheme was 10/03/2013. The quantity of teak timber guarenteed per tree invested was 37.5 CFT. The teak Tree plantation was mentioned in the certificate to have been done in South Karukurichi village in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu.

The certificate was issued with signature on 16/07/1993.

The certificate says in section D. Point number 1 & 2 that the investor will be informed about the delivery of the tree and the investor can choose to receive the teak wood from the tree or the proceeds of sales of the same. Neither of this was done. We received no intimation and have been struggling for the past many years to find a way to reach out to the company will no success.

We are grateful to find this wonderful website finally. Please help us receive our due from the company.
