I invested Rs.975 in 25/03/1992 ( Date of joining the scheme) Date of expiry of the scheme :24/03/2012. I have been provided with a cerificate embossed
with a common seal with a address as Registered Office 154 Eldams Road
Teynampet Madras 600018. Under the company name Incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 is printed My sr no s008575 certificate NoT8696,
After 2012 I have written several letters through Regd post NO REPLY so far
Where is this company. If any body come across please let me know. So that I can claim the refund.

I have been allotted a teak tree vide certificate No.T42107 on 25/02/1993 for Rs.975/, based on my application No.27533, to be matured on 24/02/2013.
The quantity of teak wood guaranteed was 37.5 CFT.
So far no payment has been received nor any communication from the Company.
I shall be grateful if anybody can provide any information about the present status/position of the Company.

Hi I bought a teak tree for Rs.975.00 from this Company 20 years back, there is no contact available, they said they will return 20000 after 20 years. Please do needful.

I had purchased 2 teak trees worth Rs 3560/- on 28/02/1997 under scheme ERT vide application number A172961. However, till date I haven't heard anything from them and there are no whereabouts of any return to be given by the company. My father had invested in stm (India) ltd in 1995 in two different policies. Certificate numbers for both policies are - 1) h 2893 and 2) p 8227. There has been no reply or contact from the company ever since. The company seems to have been dissolved some time back. Any contact to the solicitors would be appreciated.

I had purchased a teak tree worth Rs 55, 080 on 22/2/96 and its maturity date is 21/2/2016 with assured mid term payments. However nither has any mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.
I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th year.

My father has purchased the share of tis company on the date of 31 December 1994, Which supposed to get matured on the date of 30 December 2014 but i have not get any respond as i feel like company doesnt exist any more but as i m searching the company's name on the net I found this company Active with the Active Directors.
So I request you to please look forward for this matter.
As so many people have complained about this matter I request you to look in to this matter.
