I had purchased a teak tree worth Rs 1475 on 11/11/94, and its maturity date is 10/11/14 with assured mid-term payments. However, neither has any mid-term payment been made, nor has there been any communication from the company.

I expect a note from the company giving details of the current status, along with the interim payments promised at the end of the 6th and 12th years....

I have purchased above mentioned plan for 11 trees, vide application no. C101960 dated 25/09/1996 in 1996, its maturity was on 24/09/2016.
To date i have not received any amount until today.

I have purchased two teak tree worth Rs.2950/-(1475/- per tree) in the year 1994 from sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd. vide Application number G107299 and Certificate number D1382. The maturity date as on 19th Sept.2014. Very long time waiting for refund maturity amount with upto date interest . Not any response, nor any reply from Company STM. Please guide me what can I do to collect my refunded amount from STM . I have been very big crises in my life. Kindly send my maturity amount as per mentioned in your Application vide number G107299. Please send as soon as possible.

Date of joining is 11/04/1997 and date of maturity 10/04/2017 and date of first and second interim return due is on end of 6th and 12th year from date of joining respectively . Above information is as per the certificate issued by STMIL . I had not yet got any refund, not at the time of 1st or 2nd interim due not at the time of maturity and also not got any response from the company .

My Dad had invested in Sterling tree magnum company in 1992. And the maturity period of the scheme was in 2012. As per the terms of the scheme they should intimate the investor about the growth of trees every year and also should intimate the End of the Scheme period three months prior. But till date we have not received any information from them. We are not able to communicate with them.
Would like to know the current status of the company and our investment.

I had invested a sum of ₹20000 & purchased 11 trees in child Millionaire Teakquity scheme of Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd on 31st January 1997 and I haven't recieved any return till maturity. I request consumer complaints to look into this matter so that I can get back my valuable money Thank You

I have tried my best to locate their address (Address mentioned in the certificate is now changed as confirmed by one of my friend).

I have purchased Two Teak Trees in the Year 1998, The Maturity amount will be returned in 2016, But No Money was paid till date. It is very frustration to get the hard earned money. I appeal that My money may be returned to me at an early as assured by the Company. The company has assured to pay per tree Rs.25000. Totally Rs.50000 has to be given to me.

I have neither received any correspondence nor redemption of my investment. The company cannot be contacted and a search shows there is a problem with this company.

It is time the company repaid what is due by whatever means or the directors be held liable for fraud.
