I have neither received any correspondence nor redemption of my investment. The company cannot be contacted and a search shows there is a problem with this company.
It is time the company repaid what is due by whatever means or the directors be held liable for fraud.

I had purchased 5 teak trees vide easy retirement teakquity program of sterling tree magnum india ltd in 1994 with maturity date of 2014. Its been four years post maturity date and neither i have received any communication from the company, nor there has been any response to the queries raised with them. Its the harrd earned money which we middle class people invest with the motive to have retirement corpus, but with companies like this duping their consumers is not only criminal but morally unethical. Need help to get this resolved

i am complaining about my invent money in sterling tree magnum
I had purchased a teak tree worth rs.1775, on 09/10/95 and its maturity date is 08/10/15 with assured mid term payments. However nither has ant mid term payment been made nor has there been any communication from the company.

I had purchased one teak wood tree by paying Rs.975/- on 29/10/1992 which was due on 28/10/2012 (after 20 years) in South Karukurichi, Cheran mahadevi sub division, Ambasamudram taluk. Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu in the land t the extent of 17.76 acres. Till date there is no communication from the company. I do not have their phone numbers. I would like to know whether the company still exists or frauded the investors.i

I had purchased 20 teak trees from sterling tree magnum (stm) on 18/01/1995 under their "land owners teaquity scheme" in the name of my son dilneit m. p. (then 8 years old) by paying rs.1475 /- per tree. my total investment in this regard was rs.29500/. as per the land owners teaquity certificate issued by the said company, my son was to get rs.24500/- at the end of 6th year and rs 110000/- at the end of 12th year and a maturity value of rs14, 40, 000/- at the end of 20th yea that is on 17/01/2015. however, neither my son nor me received any money and the maturity date is already over.
Besides the above, the company had also promised allotment of land of 5.5 cent at udumalpet thaluk of coimbatore district of t. n. and a copy of sale deed also was received by the under signed. however the original of the same was not issued so for in accordance with the land owners teaquity certificate.

I am Mrs Ranjana Kumar. I had invested in 30 teak trees In the year 1996. Maturity date was 28 Feb 2016. Each tree was bought for rs 1775.00. The company has failed to give returnes as promised in the certificate. There is no office or any contact number of the company now. Not a rupee has been given to me against this investment. I save seen on the net that sterling tree magnum claims to be active, but fail to understand in which way. Please help me recover my Money which should be around 28 lakh as of now. Sterling tree magnum (India) ltd was incorporated under the companies act 1956 with their regisered office at 154 eldams road, teynampet, chennai 600018. I had purchased easy retirement teakquity certificate for 5 trees on 5th may 2015. I was informed that 5 trees has been allotted at vittanery plantation, in kalayar koil, subregistrations district pasumpon muthuramalinga thewar distric.
As per the scheme i supposed to get interim returns at the end of 6th year, 12th year and 15 year . But till date i have not received any intermim payment. The local office at kodambakkam, chennai was closed without any notice. I have sent reminders and personal call have not been replied till date. I was told that there is a case in the court (Details not known to me) regarding all the teaquities and the court will take the decision.

I had purchased Teak Trees worth Rs.1475 under certificate no. F 17630 and F 16099 in the year 1994, Till date I have not heard anything for the last 15 years. Request for updates and promised guaranteed returns. Helpful

No interim returns received
I have purchased STM certificate no: P2537 for Rs.3650, on 12.9.96. I did not receive the first and second interim returns expected on 10.3.03 and 10.3.09. I heard the company is closed. The maturity date of my certificate is 11.9.16.
I would appreciate if suitable action is taken against the owners of this company for cheating the public.
Compensation if any is most welcome. I may be contacted at the email address provided.

I have spent Rs 3650 on 12.9.96 for buying the Sterling Tree Magnum India Ltd certificate number P2537.
Till date, I have received no communication for interim returns expected by 10.3.03 and 10.3.09.
I hear that the company is closed. The address for the original company was:

non payment of instalment f
I purchased TWO teak plant under Easy Retirement Teakquity vide certificate no E924 and application no T 40418 on 3/12/1993 with assurance for return at interval of period but so far we neither received any intimation nor any money with reference to above. this is a serious cheating. I request to take suitable action against the co for immediate payment of my hard earned money.

This is D.APPARAO Iam Purchased two trees by the name of my self and My Brother D.GANGA RAJU on 7-11-92 receipt no; 0768 & 0767 and Application mumber 610820,610821.past i nave send the postage to the company two times But am not receined any confirmation from the company side so pleasae settled my policy as early as possible

I sent a letter to the company address of Chennai but it had returned due to non availability of address. Request confirm whether the company exists or closed and also please find the status of my Certificate.

My Father/Gaurdian Mr. Ashraf Ali had purchased 45 trees in your co as per Application No. Y 800672 and certificate No. G 1023 dated 22.08.1995.
After five years of purchase I had got a latter of Companey regarding to convert my investment in Equity Share @ Rs. 10/= each.After reply with acceptance of that I tried to find the address and Phone No. of company.but I failed in that.
today I get this web site and get the No. and Address of the co. when I call on that No. the opretor reply me that there is a case pending in the court and when we get the decision from there then we can do any thing.
I am ready to compromise on the Principal Amount but they are not ready on that also and in which court the case is pending they are not giving the information an that.
Any responsible person please reply me.Either After 3 working days I will submit a case at Varanasi court.

sterling tree magnum india ltd — non receipts of interim return
i have taken 1 tree in sterling tree magnum india ltd.on 08/02/1997. by investing Rs. 1825...and its maturity for interim payment is due and i hav not received any such payment ...and there is no responce for company side ...so please tell me the proceduce what i should do...? Even I had purchased 2 teak trees, but no return or information from STM so far.
