Hi, i ordered a corn and pea sub from a nearby outlet (Mantra mall, attapur, hyderabad) and halfway through the sub i noticed a weird insect inside my sub. It was either in the mayo or my bread. I have not been feeling better since then, it's nauseating. Nonetheless, it's a grave concern and i would like an explanation as soon as possible before i take it any further.

This is Vishal Budhraja and today from your Seasons Mall(Pune) outlet, I ordered 2 Sub of the Day ( 1 Veg & 1 Non-Veg). Total Bill was 259.60 INR including GST. I paid the same by my credit card and they charged me 260 INR (instead of 259.60), which was 0.40 INR more than the bill.

When I raised this issue (as it was not cash transaction), then said that - "this is how SUBWAY works" (this was the exact statement of the person who was attending me. As per my knowledge, no one can charge extra amount and this is why we use card to pay exact amount.

I am really shocked by the reply and I know that SUBWAY is one of the most trusted food chain. This is not at all excepted from SUBWAY. Please let me know step you are going to take in respect for this issue and I will wait for positive revert.

I went with a friend, and the behaviour by the female staff at the counter was very rude and aggressive. I approached other female staff and she was constantly on phone and asked someone else to cater to my needs. All staff members were talking among themselves in loud and local language. This didn't appear to be a refined restaurant but rather like a road side dhabha.

I ordered 2 subs. One was veg and other being non veg. I have an issue with Non veg where i orderded 6inch sub of the day which was Tuna as i was informed. I added 1 more scoop and thus was supposed to pay 125+60=185rs for that sub. But they charged me 190rs for that and also ended up giving me 5rs less of total amount. The bill shows BMT sub. I even asked them to check the bill again. This is fooling the customer.

I want to make in notice that while i was eating sub from subway, i found plastic piece on the bread. I will be attaching the pic along with the bill for your reference. Consuming such material can cause hazardous disease.

Kindly look into the matter.
