Vendor not change my bad product

The Sudha milk vendor (Harinarayan) is charging around (₹10 - ₹20) more than MRP for every Sudha product in his shop

When i have asked about high price that why are you talking more than mrp then he replied that company has said to take more than mrp

I went to buy sudha lassi in AG COLONY patna.I paid for the item, and showed her my payment by upi, she was so rude and she told me I was lier and trying to cheat her, I showed her my payment screen, still she told me she does not trust it and kept shouting, I told her to cross check, but still she was shouting.I want the Sudha to take action against the vendor or else I am taking my complain to Indian consumer form.

Quality of Sudha milk has deteriorated. On boiling, a thick flim of oil like substance collects on top of it and it stinks too. The curd made from it has an acrid taste.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a 500 gm (pouch) Curd from Sudha Authorised outlet at Kumharar Gumit on 18th evening around 8.30 PM. This is to register a complain against a retailer in my neightbourhood
in Dhanbad. He always sells products at a much higher price than
printed on the packet. Example even a simple product like milk. Sudha
milk is priced at Rs. 16 per 500 ml on the packet but he refuses to
take that, he always charges a higher price than the MRP.Kindly look
into this and do something to stop it.

In our area, Sudha packet milk is coming adulterated which gives thick yellow oily layer on top and gets tuned into Paneer when boiled. We have complained about this problem on toll free nos. as well in past but Patna Dairy customer service said it is because we boil cold milk immediately taken out from refrigerator... which is not true because we keep milk out for an hour after it is bought or taken out from fridge.
