Cheating Customers

Vehicle No : TN13 L 1000
We have been facing repeated trouble with our vehicle Mercedes Benz GLA- ABS System.
In the last one year the car has stopped in between signals 5-6 times making me feel like i'm driving a 25 year old car, when i'm actually driving a first owner vehicle of top luxury brand MERCEDES. Issue - ABS INOPERATIVE.
During the earlier difficulties, each time it was sent to the service center Mr.Nityanand, service advisor of Sundaram Motors had said different reasons for this. First he assured on phone that it will never happen again it was wiring fault, Next time this happened, he assured it was battery to be replaced- battery was replaced, it happened again. The time after that just 9 days before he said it was rat bite, he said we have added chemical to wires it will never happen again, vehicle stopped in between AGAIN and now its in service center again.They have even used duplicate parts in the car and now are saying it was changed from outside. Car has only gone to Mercedes Benz Official service center, Earlier TRANS Car, now SUNDARAM Motors. The same was conveyed to Mr.Sivakumar, his higher executive by email but still they have not responded. Now they have the vehicle in their service center and have sent a huge bill of 145758/- because of their mistakes of not correcting the issue every time properly and just charging big bills.They now blame the rat bite for which car was sent to service just 9 days back. I don't understand when 5 other cars are parked in same place only MERCEDEZ BENZ car has to be in fault every month! They somehow have a new reason of excuse everytime. For teh same reason vehicle was sent to service just 9 days back, how can the issue repeat? They are bullying the customer by charging heavy bills and not servicing properly. They are cheating us by fixing parts which are unauthorised and then sending a mail stating we have changed outside.

Non delivery
My car TN07CM4204 (CLA Model) is taken for bodyshop on 11th August 2021 with a promise that it will be delivered back on 13th August 2021. Till this minute i do not have any status report from the company and I do not know when the car will be delivered back. The message sent on whatsup to the executive is not answered.

SALES EXECUTIVE OF VOLKSWAGEN DEALING

I AM THE DIRECTOR OF FRONTIER LIFELINE HOSPITAL AND DR. K M CHERIAN HEART FOUNDATION. I have been recently persuaded to buy a Volkswagen with many false promises for my incurred loss deliberated by the sales executives Mr. Arun Peter and the team leader Mr. Ganesh. I have been cheated 11400INR. on asking for explanation they said "you know how Sundaram motors works mam?" My question is if they are eating their food from sundaram motors how they can spit on the same plate. Is it then really the fault of Sundaram motors or the dishonest sales personnels they have hired.Whom ever I asked who have the taste of Sundaram motors dealings they all complaint about the sales personnel. If the company knows about these dishonest people how they are the front runner of their dealership I would like to know. How long we will be cheated like this.My all these questions are towards the management.Do you think you will get any business from the doctors of our institution?How this company is losing their reputation because of these few hooligans.

Very Unhappy with the service of Sundaram Motors
I visited Sundaram motors (secunderabad) three weeks back to get the bumper fixed for my Honda City. It was a very small job of fixing the missing screws of the bumper.
I was made to drive my car all around the workshop all by myself. After an hour of confusion, I was told to wait for 2 more hrs for such a small job. As I was getting late, I rejected the offer and requested to provide me the gate pass. No one cared to attend my issue. When I went to complain about this to the service manager, he said, " You have complained it to me. So, I will see what has to be done"..a very casual approach.
